Fake Skincare Alert

I am writing to report the merchant website clari.com.pk for listing and delivering counterfeit consumer cosmetic items under the guise of 100% original products.I purchased a 3-tube bundle deal for the "Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream" through their online store. Upon delivery, the product received was confirmed to be a physical fake, showing major structural anomalies compared to the genuine manufacturer standards. Discrepancies include:An incorrect cap style and significantly wider tube opening.Faded engraving and alternate typography layout across the ingredient list.An entirely artificial, heavy rose fragrance that is completely absent from the official formula. The formulation caused an immediate tingling and stinging skin reaction upon application.Furthermore, when the merchant was confronted with photographic proof, they used a deceptive 3-day verification deadline clause to explicitly reject a return and avoid fraud accountability. They provided reference links claiming a packaging update, but those official brand materials further verify that the items they shipped are entirely counterfeit. This seller is utilizing Google's indexing and potentially Google and Facebook Ads tools to market fraudulent, unsafe healthcare products to unsuspecting consumers. I request that Google Merchant Center and Safe Browsing teams audit this domain's listings and suspend their commercial account privileges to prevent financial and physical harm to other shoppers.
