I placed an order, confirming from my end that the buy one and get the other two free was processed with the colour selections done . But unfortunately, I noticed only one was processed and delivered yesterday. I will appreciate if this is looked into.
For the one received, I can say the wrist watch looks nice, quality is good.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this company deserved one.

After placing my order, I realised I had accidentally entered my old home address. I was worried my watches would be delivered to the wrong location, but the customer service team was fantastic from start to finish.

They responded quickly to my emails, kept me updated throughout the process, and most importantly, reassured me every step of the way. Their communication was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier.

Thanks to their efforts, the issue was resolved and my package is now on its way to the correct address. While I'm still waiting for delivery, the level of customer service I've received has been outstanding and deserves recognition.

Love! Love! Love these watches! Unbelievable high quality for less than what I would think if I saw these on someone else! The style and ease of operation… even sending a device to make these watches fit for personalization! I don’t know how they did it !!! The quality is amazing!!!

The watches online are gorgeous as they are in person…. But they are “light” in weight and slightly clink with my bracelets which a real watch wouldn’t

Dear Customer Service, I am not happy with the watch I received. There is a scratch on the front of the watch, and the quality is not as expected. The watch is not shiny and does not look like the product shown in the pictures on your website. The pictures showed a clear, high-quality, shiny watch, but the item I received looks different and disappointing. Because of this, I am not satisfied with my purchase.
