Nearly perfect way to keep in contact…

Nearly perfect way to keep in contact with those who aren't tech savvy. My mother who went from never turning on a computer, can now do video calling. Her tablet is a few years old and still functions great. Buying her one outright has made this service a mere $30/month. It's really great!

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service!
They respond back at in an acceptable time frame and are very courteous no matter what the question is. My 85 year old Dad with Alzheimer's loves how easy this tablet is to use! I wish I would have known about this years ago!

Best Tech Support 2025

Christian with Tech Support is Amazing.
He troubleshoot, solve my issues, and answered all of my questions. Christian took his time and helped me troubleshoot my Claris Tablet. 100% Satisfied. Best Tech Support. Great Customer Service.

The Claris program has positively impacted seniors in our community…

The Claris program has positively impacted our clients. Our tablets are used to address loneliness and depression experienced by our senior clients living alone. Our clients love the tablet and use it to stay engaged and informed, many of our clients even use their tablet for virtual doctor visits, which saves them money and time and removes any transportation obstacles they face.

Good product. Cannot get through to support

My mother in law loves the device. Today we got the the white screen of death. We tried calling support repeatedly for over an hour with no success. Usually we can get through fine.
I would recommend the device.

Wish I had bought this sooner

We purchased a tablet through Claris in the Spring of 2020. Mom was living in an assisted living facility at the time. Our dad had passed away the previous year and their children, grandchildren, great grandson, nieces and nephews all lived in different cities and states. With Covid, mom was isolated from all family and we were unable to visit for five months. After extensive research, I decided to give Claris Companion a try. Mom was uncertain about her ability to use this as at the age of 89, she had never used any type of computer, and only managed to use her flip phone for phone calls and would consider trying facetime. When she received the tablet, I had already set it up for her remotely and staff just plugged it in. Her tablet was filled with photos videos and the contacts she wanted. I was so surprised when she made a video call to me that first day!
Mom spent hours each day watching videos and pictures that were installed and new ones that were sent over the next 3 years. She even learned how to text through talking.
Mom’s tablet was the first thing she would check in the morning. She no longer felt isolated and as more great grandchildren arrived, she adored being able to see and hear them whenever she wanted!
Mom took her tablet with her when she finally agreed to move closer to me and then when she moved to Hospice, where she had 13 good months. While she may have forgotten how to scroll through pictures and videos, she never forgot how to answer video calls from family.
There were many times when we had to contact Tech support (especially when mom was in and out of rehab and then after dropping it many times).
I talked often enough to Graham and Amanda that I remembered their names and voices!
I found Claris customer service to be the best I have ever experienced. Regardless of what I needed or asked, they helped navigate every aspect and always fixed whatever my issue was. Their kindness, patience and empathy was amazing.
Mom recently passed away, just shy of 93, but she would have said this was her best gift ever.
My only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner!

Game Changer for Remote Primary Caregivers!

It is not often I write a review, but the Claris Companion tablet and software has been an absolute gamechanger as a remote primary caregiver who lives in the US for my parents. My father has profound hearing loss, suffered a stroke and primarily reads lips to communicate, and my mother is struggling with memory issues. Thus using the Claris Companion video call along with remote camera installation, I have peace of mind on the safety and security of my parents who reside in Cda. Their support team has been nothing but incredible for expeditious responses, and support for making system changes that would improve the experience and ease of use. Occupational therapists who saw the application in use by my Mom and Dad were very impressed on the ease of use and as a method to keep residents actively engaged. Kudos to Claris team and would be lost with you!

We got my mom started about 5 years ago…

We got my mom started about 5 years ago with her Claris Companion. It was a great way to share pictures and text back and forth, mom was intimidated by cell phones & computers. The experience has been stellar.
Never had a problem with the device. Customer service are the kindest, most patient and helpful people I have ever dealt with (for myself and mom) Mom's dementia has escalated and we were very sad that we recently had to discontinue our relationship with Claris. They made the process so easy!! Helped us download the messages, pictures and videos to keep forever. As well as configuring the tablet so we can still use it as a Samsung Tablet in our home. Thank you Claris!! We are so grateful!!

I've used Claris Companion for BOTH my…

I've used Claris Companion for BOTH my mother (83) and father-in-law (91) for about 3 years. They LOVE their Companion tablets. Mom uses her tablet mostly for messaging, video calling and photos. Her caregivers at her nursing home use it to talk with us when mom needs help. My father-in-law is very independent and uses his tablet for all sorts of activities like web browsing, streaming apps, reading the news and video calling. We did compare the tablet to other similar products but really glad we chose Claris. Customer service is always responsive and helpful.

Best Product for Seniors!

My mother had no experience with with computers, cell phones or e-mail. When we purchased the Claris Companion for her over five years ago, we were unsure if she would use it. Well, it’s been an amazing experience for her and everyone who now can interact with her via txt and e-mail. It has truly changed her life and has made a positive impact on all of us!

Support and customer service is amazing. They get back to us within hours of asking a question and always are very patient with my mother when they need to directly interact with her.

Truly worth the monthly subscription price and in my opinion, best device for seniors on the market.

Video chatting

Video chatting allows us to see how the people are actually doing. Any problems we've had with software or hardware we dealt with promptly. Mom's 95 and has no problem working the tablet. Simple functioing software. Reasonable pricing too.
