Serum biochemical parameters such as glucose, cholesterol, AST and ALT, in Cyprinus carpio exposed to sub-lethal concentration of emamectin benzoate (EMB) are presented in Table 4.6-4.9. At both concentration, EMB exposure resulted in a significant (p<0.05) increase in levels of all biochemical parameters relative to control and control solvent, with effects becoming more pronounced over time. A progressive dose-dependent rise in glucose was observed over time, peaking at 96h in both concentration. Cholesterol levels were also recorded to followed similar trends, rising significantly with both time and concentration, with higher values recorded at 72h and 96h. Enzymatic activities od AST and ALT also demonstrated a significant (p<0.05) time and concentration-dependent increase. AST activity showed a marked elevation across exposure intervals, with peak values observed at 96h on high dose exposure. Similarly, ALT levels also increased significantly with exposure duration, with maximum value recorded at 96h, particularly at higher EMB concentration. In contrast to all, control and control solvent showed only minimal, non-significant changes.
Overall, the observed biochemical alterations indicate that EMB exposure induces significant metabolic and enzymatic changes in common carp in a time and concentration-dependent manner, with stronger effects observed at higher doses

Hidden subscription charge – €30 taken without clear notice
I used this site once to look up a phone number. The fee shown was around €1, which I paid via Apple Pay.
No subscription was mentioned clearly at the point of payment. Weeks later, €30 was charged from my account without any warning or reminder.
This is a deceptive billing practice. The recurring charge is buried in small print that no reasonable person would notice during checkout.
I have reported this to my bank and will be pursuing a chargeback. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.

I have used this service and have had bad experience in subscription cancellation. Like other websites I cancelled my subscription. Even after it was done. I was charged several times. I connected with a team member named Daniel, he was very helpful and attended my concern about the service (eventhough i was very rude and arrogant in my conversation with him), solved the problem and credited back the amount taken after subscription. I take this opportunity to appreciate Daniel for his service.
