He has helped me, to help myself, to establish and isolate the really important aspects of my life and my business, and how to prioritise each goal with a plan to achieve each of them.
I now have clarity, which has been alluding me. It`s not rocket science, but sometimes we need a little outside help to see the obvious, and the wood from the trees.
Thank you for your help Richard, really appreciated, and I`m sure we`ll work together in the future--- to keep me maintaining the momentum.
Down to earth, and totally professional.

Before I had coaching from Richard I was confused and lost about how to discover my ideal career. Richard's ability to listen and repeat back my own words in detail gave me greater understanding of my own thoughts and the importance of them. Richard also helped me to have the correct priorities and focus for me, and helped me assess whether specific patterns of thought could be restricting my progress. He was patient but to the point with me so that I stayed on track with our plans and targets.

By the end of our sessions I was more aware of my pitfalls and strengths. I even grew a greater awareness of my own passions and values so that I can continue following them no matter what I'm doing in life.

I would recommend Richard because of his ability to increase self awareness which is essential to your success. He sees every key thought for what it is, either something that restricts you or that furthers you. His genuine interest in your success also means he is constantly improving his work which has an increasing pool of resources to delve into. His knowledge, patience and insightfulness means you can trust in him no matter what you're seeking to achieve.

I am currently working with Richard with his Clarity for Business Coaching services, which involves having one to one sessions with Richard to identify and develop my brand and website. These sessions are great as they are helping me uncover my business values, preferences and style; something I would never have done by myself. Richard's calm, clear and logical approach makes it really easy to work alongside him. His extensive knowledge and rich expertise in the area is clear and allows him to make relevant suggestions for my business, whilst his coaching background means that he also allows me the space to explore my own options.

His carefully outlined and systematic approach means that all the necessary areas are addressed. This coupled with his personal and coaching based approach also means that the sessions are tailored to your needs; a perfect blend.

We have outlined the initial requirements and are now in the design phase of my website. I have seen the first draft of my website and I am really very happy with it; Richard has captured my preferences perfectly and reflected them in the site’s branding. He is open to hearing my thoughts/suggestions and asks insightful, coaching based, questions to identify exactly what I would like and explores the options to identify the best way to deliver this. I am very much looking forward to continuing my sessions and launching my website.
