I was notified of an automatic shipment…
I was notified of an automatic shipment for my supplement but I had a lot of pills already. I emailed customer support and asked them to “pause” my shipments. Elouisa emailed me back assuring my account was “paused”. I was shocked to 1) actually get a reply 2) get a reply so quickly and 3) yes they understood and would pause my shipment until I notified them I was ready for more. I haven’t seen such outstanding customer service like this since…… maybe never! Way to go Claritymd!

No Phone Service
First of all, there is no customer service at least customer service that can be reached by phone so let's call it CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. No place to call, just email with a response on their timeline. Then there is the "subscription" whether you ask for one or not, you get unwanted product and charges on your bank that are unplanned. So, if this business has this kind of "Hide-N-Seek" procedures with their customers, what else are they keeping from us? Are they friends with Bill Gates and all his wonderful inventions? Maybe friends with Mr. Fuchi and his embedded MRNA products. Oh Well, Good luck with your purchase from these people that don't want to talk to their customers.
