2I have received 2 payout thus far and they get processed within a decent timeframe so I can't complain. I would love to leave 5 starts but I have a few issues I noted in my time here - #1 - Every time I tried paying for a challenge or instant account with a credit card, the system kept giving me an error. I tried 5 DIFFERENT cards, and I got the same error with them all. When I reached out to the support team, they told me to call my bank, which I did on all 5 cards and they said there was nothing wrong with my cards. I tried 2 different computers, my phone, and nothing. Long story short, days and weeks went by without a resolve or response from support so I just used crypto to purchase even though I wanted to pay with credit card... #2 - The Instant Funding recently had a change in the Consistency Rule and sent NO COMMUNICATION. When I reached out to support when the email was sent, they said in January. I asked which date because I received nothing and checked my inbox everywhere, and then they said December instead... the dates did not match and it was not posted on their social media either as they said it was. Long story short, they changed from 15% down to 10% consistency without proper notice, they would benefit from better transparency with their customers. Overall, I am happy with my payouts and refund guarantee add-on I selected. Also, please note that the REFUND ADD ON is not an actual refund.... they will try and offer you a coupon so you can just buy another challenge and no they cannot be used with other coupons or discounts available at the time.

This is the first ever prop firm I’ve used and so far my experience with them has been nothing but positive.

Once I passed my challenges, I got funded not too long after and was able to trade instantly.
I recently had my first payout with them and couldn’t be more pleased. Requested a withdrawal and had the money processed in less than a day.
I did select the refund add-on but it wasn’t included with my first withdrawal, unfortunately. They provided me with a coupon of the same value though.

There was some downtime when MT5 changed brokers but they were very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Had issues again with MT5 recently so I requested to switch to TradeLocker and they assisted me without any hassle.

I was having trouble getting verified for my account, I met Arum on the chat. I explained my situation and Arum took over and my account was resolved within 15 minutes. I was notified via email by Aum that my account was now ready to be activated… fantastic service and support… thank you Arum.

3 strar just for service they do help, idk about the payouts every 1 star says i did not get there yet but i ll let you know for the rest if everything is good then this 3 stars needed to be 5 only if there is no problem thats what 5 star means not what i see here 80% of the time
