Im sharing my experience with customer support employee Arum. He is very proffesional. He is helping me right now to get my account back from a error. He keeps updating me which i really appreciate.

Let´s start with the price and the challenge phase itself, i cant complain at all 5/5 here.

How about their website? Well it´s not the best but good enough 4/5.

Support is probably mostly Ai because u get switched up between different people with every email u send, regardless it´s most of the time helpfull 4/5.

Now the point u all been waiting for, do they payout? Well no sadly not.. me and other people have been waiting for 2 months now since payout was requested, yet they tell us to keep waiting more.
Since my first email at the end of october i wrote them every week to get updates regarding payouts, and they come with the same answer "High volume of payouts please wait longer". 0/5

So should u invest your money here? NO!!

I will change my review if i or any other person im in contact with ever receives money.

Support is very helpful. Especially Nadea, she'v been answering all of my questions I had regarding the prop firm. The spreads are really good, static drawdown helps a lot, overall the trading conditions are really good for a prop firm. Payouts take a few days but at least they are really sent. The only thing I would change is extension of FAQ as Clarity lack a lot of answers to basic questions like clearly stated prohibited rules. The best part though are the prices. Very affordable for instant accounts.

Pay out is substantially long I’m still waiting to be approved on my payout and it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks even though in their terms and conditions they say “All profit-sharing payments will be paid weekly each Friday End of Day if the profit exceeds $100”

I love Clarity Traders. I gave it a 4 star because their payout schedule is every 14 days but then it takes an additional 3-5 business days to receive your payout via USDT. I would also like to see them offer more payout methods. These days us traders just want the money to go straight to the bank! Can’t wait until they offer Futures as well!

They tell you you've exceeded your daily limit when it's not true.
This is the third time it's happened.
Don't trust them.

They dont explain the rules clearly. The maximum daily drawdown limit is triggered even if the trade is still open and the p/l is floating. Had 3 accounts forfeited this way without the rules ever being explained to me by the support

A reliable platform that delivers on its promises, with an instant account assigned after purchase, very competitive prices, and excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be to allow users to link their accounts to platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and 5, which is not currently possible!
Otherwise, I appreciate the service!

Anna customer support agent quick on responding and provided valuable information to help me understand. So the customer service was great as far as the platform goes still trying it out but looks great Looks clean and it’s working out for me so far.
