Second stint with Clarity. Excellent, efficient, transparent service. Great communication.

I have been with Clarity Umbrella since February 2022 after transferring from a very poor umbrella. Since my initial conversation with Lucy the MD to being forced to leave, Clarity have been great to work with.
How do you describe excellence, always being paid on time is a given, no, it is everything else they do seemingly effortlessly and effectively. For example, expenses, not a problem, even offering to input them for me when I made a mistake (more than once!). Communication is proactive, friendly and they really do know who you are, not just a payroll number.
One time I completed the wrong timesheet, however with a phone call, late on a Friday afternoon, within minutes the timesheet was reset, ready me to enter again.
Don't make the mistake I did 5 years ago and sign up to a call centre based, impersonal umbrella. Contact Clarity and actually enjoy having an umbrella service that is the best.

Excellent service - a rare umbrella provider with integrity, top notch customer service, zero problems whatsoever - any queries resolved with lightning speed.

In over 20 years contracting, by far the best umbrella provider I've ever been lucky to use.

Forced to move by an agency, who conveniently partner with a different provider.

If you are looking for a friendly, professional and safe umbrella company, you could not do better than Clarity.
The entire team have been wonderful, from start to finish. I am really sad I have to leave them!

Not only are the team excellent, they have a great web-based platform that allows you to see all your pay-slips and holiday pay etc. Very easy to use, and the entire set-up fills me with confidence.

Fabulous company highly recommended very professional but with a personal touch

They are always there. I am a bit chaotic as an agency worker, and get things muddled up with my hours or understanding my pay. I can contact them with a stupid question, and they are both polite in their replies, and great at putting me at ease. Never had any issues with them. Only leaving as the company I contract for have changed their process, otherwise I would still be with Clarity.

I have used clarity umbrella's services multiple times and I would definatley use them again. They are always very responsive and answer the phone and resolve any issues promptly, which from my experience you dont always get with the large firms. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
