Clark&Rose's service was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first email exchanges to the delivery of the last box, everything was handled flawlessly—even with the challenge of carrying everything up five flights of stairs without an elevator, and despite my request to change the moving date.

We used this company based on my family's previous, consistently great service (they moved many times every few years in the past).

The person who came to provide a quote was freindly, and gave us a reasonable price. The guys turned up on time, and were very efficient, were careful not to damage anything and had us moved with zero stress. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Our overseas shipment was delivered today, July 9, 2026, to our flat in Edinburgh. While the total transit time from our pickup in New Jersey on April 10 was longer than initially expected, we understand the port congestion and shipping irregularities were external factors.

The local crew was professional and efficient, ensuring all items arrived in good condition. We appreciate the proactive communication from the international coordination team throughout the customs clearance and delivery scheduling process.

The Clark and Rose team were really excellent - from the planning stage, the actual move days, and the post-move collection of boxes. The move itself was quite challenging, lots of indoor and outdoor furniture and the move team did everything brilliantly with good humour!

Lynn was friendly kept me up to date on the arrival of the shipment and clearance. She went out of her way to organise someone to assemble some furniture. The team arrived on time was organised and quickly got the job done. Thank you I would higly recommend Clark & Rose.

Moved our household from Aberdeen to Switzerland. Communication was great. Prompt responses to questions & problems dealt with quickly. Packers were efficient & very careful. At the other end the staff worked equally carefully and quickly. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend.

We recently had our house items shipped from the US to the UK. Clark and Rose were responsible for the UK side. Lynn was friendly and always in communication and the delivery actually showed up early on the day. The driver Brandon was friendly and helped get everything into our place. Very satisfied with everyone there!

Right from our first contact with Lynn Page at Clark & Rose’s home office, it was like speaking to a friend. She arranged everything, answered all my worried questions and kept me informed every step of the way on where our boxes were and when they would be delivered. The delivery men were top notch. Joe Friar, who seemed like the team leader, was absolutely organised and so personable. They were very careful with our household contents, even though it was one of the biggest jobs they had done and it was one of the hottest days of the year so far in the UK. They couldn’t have been more polite and accommodating. All in all, they made moving to another country as easy as it could be.

Staff were friendly , helpful and efficient from first enquiry through to removals , storage and final delivery.

The removals coordinator went the extra mile by arranging for an additional artwork to be collected from auction house and added to my delivery.

Nothing too much trouble!

Moving out and moving in were trouble free. The team worked methodically, checking with us at each stage. Everything was completed quickly and smoothly and we never felt rushed or pressured to complete the process.
Team members were prompt, polite and respectful of our possessions.

I used Clark & Rose removals & storage for my move from Bristol to Aberdeen. From the very outset the staff were friendly & professional. They were very knowledgeable and priced competitively. My furniture and belongings were going into storage for 6 months before I could then move into my new house in Aberdeen.

The staff involved in both removals were fantastic, very friendly, considerate to the property and worked hard.
When the time came to get my property moved into my new house again the staff were excellent and had the van emptied in a very quick time.
