I disliked the process for doing refunds. Having to get your refund approved. This slipped through the net so only when I rang up did I get the email approval. Without a printer I had to use a friend's printer. The refund was then quickly done. Why not send a refund label?

I ordered some Wellington boots but they were slightly too large in my normal size. I emailed customer service to ask for a replacement and this was sorted out very quickly with rapid replies to my emails. Very positive shopping experience.

My initial order arrived per schedule. However one of the boots had minor cosmetic defects, which I was not happy with on a premium product. I contacted the team and they immediately sent me a returns label, a new perfect pair arrived a few days later. Excellent service!

The item. A pair of Dubarry knee length boots were poorly packaged, the wrong size and scuff marks present. They appeared to have been display or try on items that were just thrown in the box which was also tatty and sent without any care. Not a good start for our first purchase. The returns process has been good however.
