Moved in through these guys 4 years ago, just moved on to my new home. They are professional and dealt with things in a good time frame and I would happily recommend using Clarkes

I would highly recommend clarkes. They are always so nice and friendly and happy to help. When ever I have needed to phone them they have always tried to help straight away and always phone back when they say they will. Its nice to know if I have a problem that they won't make me wait before trying to sort things.

I have been very impressed by the excellent standard I have received from Clarke's Estate Agency. It is second to none. I am particularly grateful to Alex and Paul who have not only guided me through the sale of my flat but have given me a great deal of advice about my purchase which I have found extremely helpful. I am delighted with the successful outcome of my sale.

Christina and chloe was really helpful throughout the whole process from booking a viewing down to the documentation. Their professionalism is a top notch.

Good communication from Chloe and Christina in the process of preparing my rental property for new tenants. This involved arranging multiple contractors, onsite checks, potential tenant viewings and keeping a stressed landlord [me!] informed along the way in a friendly, courteous and professional way.

They were really helpful, made everything easy for me and the tenants. Kept me up to date on the process and were efficient in all aspects.

Christine made the process easy to understand and hassle free: everything from documentation and preparing our visit was clearly laid out and really efficient.

As soon as our offer to rent was accepted, the moving in process was further simplified in the document Clarkes sent to us pertaining to the terms of our let. This was in addition to the let agreement and was helpful to see exactly what we were paying for and the requirements of our property’s management.

We are really grateful to Clarkes, and again especially to Christine (for entertaining the 1000s of call I must have left her with such grace and patience). We would most definitely recommend Clarkes to friends and family.

I had other experiences with other companies, but Clarkes Estate was the most responsive to my requirements, all the employees I had contact with were and are punctual and responsible in what they do... up to the present moment, I have only had positive experiences, which is what I would like to continue to happen

Remarkable support from Paul at Clarke's. This transaction was full of problems, but Paul handled them with tact, patience and diplomacy, along with a good deal of common sense.
If you want a service over and above the usual, Clarke's Estates is certainly the place to go.

The agent who dealt with me was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring and kept me fully informed at all times. The other staff members were also helpful and best of all they managed to get me a sale price above what I was expecting.
