I bought some shoes in Clarks Alton today and was served by Charlotte. She went above and beyond what could be expected. It is the best experience of customer service that I have had in a very long time. She is lovely and very professional.

Exceptional service from Clarks in Alton, Hampshire.
In an age where we are encouraged to order online without any contact with the retailer, it is so refreshing to know there are still fabulous shops on our high street. I was so impressed with the warm welcome I received from both assistants and Charlotte especially took time to really help me. She established what I was looking for and after measuring my feet offered really valuable advice as to which styles would be most suitable for me. I came away with a comfortable pair of boots and a great shopping experience. I would highly recommend this store!

I just had such a wonderful experience with Charlotte and Annie at the Alton, Hampshire store. They were so helpful in finding me shoes for my toddler within our budget and were clearly very knowledgeable on what they could offer. Thanks so much!

Great customer service thanks to Charlotte the manager. She helped us with my son's difficult sized feet (very wide) and we had to return the shoes that we ordered from another Clarks store. She was patient and really knowledgeable and helpful. Would 😁 recommend visiting here!

We go into Clark’s in Alton
about once a year with our son with special needs when he needs shoes. Charlotte is always amazing with him and goes the extra mile to help us find the right shoes for him!

The shop manager and her colleague went above and beyond to find me the shoes that i liked.
Charlotte is so enthusiastic and really understands shoe fitting. She knows her stock and is friendly and welcoming . Matt her colleague is just as knowledgeable too.

Had the great pleasure of being served by Charlotte at the Alton Clarks branch a few weeks ago and what a wonderful experience. Charlotte epitomised customer service and made our three year old so welcome and entertained the entire time whilst measuring and suggesting the best new shoes for him.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience and we gladly walked out with some new shoes with lights!
She was totally engaged with our son to make sure he kept interested.

Always quick and I like the fact they can send them to the shop - if they don't fit etc. you can just hand them straight back and no fuss! Lovely, helpful staff.

I wasn't sure what size I needed so ordered 2 pairs online to be delivered free of charge to my local store. One pair was too tight and was immediately refunded to my account. I then tried out the more comfortable pair at home but decided they were also too tight. When I returned them to the store, the staff were immediately able to order a larger size as a replacement. This was all very quick and easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a lovely experienced I enjoyed my shopping all thanks to Susan who made it possible.

Had great shopping experience in Alton store and amazing thank you to Charlotte. She made shoe shopping with three little ones easy. Keeping younger one busy with colouring books while sisters could try and choose their school shoes.

Charlotte in Alton Hants was the best helping my 90 yo mum choose new sandals.

Nick and Charlotte helped me with 6 pairs of shoes for my 3 children from ages 3 to 8. They were very patient and kind and made them all feel great about their shoes! Terrific staff and the shoes are brilliant.

Charlotte in Alton store was so patient and helpful when buying shoes for my 5 year old. She went out of her way to help.

Charlotte was fantastic with both my children, they needed measuring and ended up needing new shoes. Children get over excited with the prospect of getting new shoes and Charlotte handled it all like a boss!

Great customer service in Alton and well worth being in store for a children's shoe purchase.
