Bit annoyed that I ordered one day and the following day the item was reduced. I re-ordered at the cheaper price and returned the first item I paid full price for.
Not their fault and the staff were help in store.

Excellent service and products, purchased a great pair of smart black trainers which were really comfortable. Aylott was very helpful and recommended them to me, will be back for sure!

I have no issues with the quality but
my 3 star review is for the return charge of 2.95 gbp.
I have placed my order using klarna with store delivery as an option.
When I came to store to return 1 out of 3 items, I was told it cannot be accepted in store - it has to be sent via post due internal policies and procedures and Its 2.95 on top to post.

Easy process ordering online ,great product at a good price. Over the last 20 years I have worn only shoes bought from Clark’s and have always been delighted with my purchases.Bernard Whelan

I received great service from Eve at Clark’s Altrincham! She measured and fitted school shoes for my two little ones and was so patient. So much appreciated her calmness and great product knowledge. Keep up the good work!

Altrincham store. Anna was incredibly helpful and patient with fitting 3 kids for school shoes. Only giving 4 stars because they didn't have any decent shoes for one kid (awkward sized feet) but the service was exceptional.

We popped in last Saturday to the Altrincham branch to look for some ballet style pumps. Gemma was so helpful and professional without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she totally understood why and where some sizes amd styles were more comfortable than others, which showed how knowledgeable she is! She also recommended another variation to try. We were so happy to find two different styles that were so comfy that we bought both and we had only gone in for a quick look! Please inform the area managers if what an absolute asset Gemma is to your business! I would definitely go back to Gemma's shop im the futurr to receive that level of service to buy any future shoes!
