I went into Ashford designer outlet with my 94 year old mother to try a nearly impossible task of finding comfortable shoes for her . We asked Olivia if she could show us where the wide fitting shoes were . Olivia was so kind and considerate to myself and mum came down to her level to speak to her clearly in a way
Mum could hear and communicate with her . She found out what mum wanted and what she needed , she went above and beyond with helping mum and managed to get a pair of shoes back of store just right for her . Thank goodness for Olivia and Clark’s for employing such an exemplary member of staff with good old fashion values . Thank you so much . We will definitely recommend coming here for shoes to anyone .

Naz at Clarks, Macarthur Glen Ashford Kent served me. Very efficient and helpful. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes.
Other staff assisted me but Naz was my main contact.

The price is expensive but you need good discount

The Outlet Assistant was helpful and enabled me to locate an online method to find the size and colour of the Gore Tex shoe I liked. Downside so far is that the rubberysoles are slippery on pavements in the rain. I hope the Grip will improve as the Sole becomes more worn-in!
