Really great experience. Alex helped me today measure both my toddlers and fitted them with some great shoes!

Member of staff was lovely and so helpful with kitting out all my children with their school shoes and trainers. She was really patient and good with wriggly little boys!

Quick delivery. Sadly sandals were uncomfortable. Return to Clarks shop in Beaconsfield was easy with delightful Customer service.

Back again from a visit to the Beaconsfield shop, having collected 2 pairs of shoes ordered online. I am a frequent shopper at this store, and find the selection there good, and the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Ben, who is always super efficient and ready to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Keep it up for this happy customer!

I visited the Clarks store in Beaconsfield this morning and can't speak highly enough of how great the experience was.

Patrick and Sarah were so helpful and friendly, they were the epitome of what customer service should look like!

Ben was very helpful - helped me find the right shoes for my son

Excellent customer service. My mother has very painful arthritic feet and had struggled to find good fitting shoes. She ordered a pair online and found her feet slipped out when she walked. Both members of staff were incredibly helpful and patient and fixed the issue with some simple heel inserts. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would recommend to this shop to anyone.

Great service in the Beaconsfield branch today, making the task of shopping for school shoes much easier! Thanks to Patrick and Muskan for their help.

Ordering online was fine. Returning shoes to my local shop in Beaconsfield was awful. The manager there obviously hates dealing with returns and is very rude. Please read the google reviews which show that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way.

I turned up at the Beaconsfield branch an hour ahead of my appointment, on the off-chance they could fit me in. We only had to wait 10 mins and we were served by Zack, who was really professional, helpful and very personable. Really impressed, thank you

Zachary was very welcoming as soon as we came in and offered help straight away. He was very knowledgeable about kids shoe sizes and worked hard to get us what we needed.

Samruddhi was amazing with my autistic daughters. I was upset that she was prompted to only spend 15mins per customer when I booked a double appointment and she was well within the 30 minute slot. Plus she had to get more options of the same shoes out for my daughter who has sensory processing issues and does feel imperceptible differences between the same shoes. She did this all in her time, yet she was rushed. What a shame for her quality of experience as a member of staff and my experience of being rushed as a customer. Well done, Sameuddhi, but please train your manager to be more professional. Thanks.

Given the wrong shoes, returned on Sunday to return them as its states they open- they do not.
Ok so it seems I was incorrect- they do open Sundays- however 11-4, and not the 10-4 that used to be stated on the web site.
Still not much use when you arrive at 10am hoping for a quick turn around!
