I came into the store last weekend (Saturday 14th March) for my daughter’s first pair of shoes and was served by the lovely Karen, who was incredibly helpful. She took great care in measuring my daughter’s little feet and made the whole experience feel special and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect pair. Thank you, Karen, for making such an important milestone so enjoyable!

The staff were mutually supportive to help me overcome problems of fitting orthotics into shoe and finding the right fit after 6 different pairs but found the right fit after numerous attempts.Grateful for Karen's patience and assistance.

Kishan is a true gem, very nice and polite lady. I just went inside to have a look but I ended up buying shoes bs of her help.

Usual school shoe shopping was absolutely painless at Clarks Beckenham with a booked appointment and the exceptionally friendly and patient Callum. He was full of good cheer at a very busy time and sorted out both kids in next to no time.

Debbie was so kind and helpful. I have a swollen foot and she helped me choose a style and size that made it easy to wear. The shop was within 5 minutes of closing but she didn't rush me and made sure I was happy with my choice. Thank you Debbie!

Sarah made the experience great. She has worked at the Beckenham branch for three years and has always made the experience fun and professional. My son enjoyed the short time he was there with Sarah and talked about Sarah on the way home. When he usually forgets anything that isn’t fun.

Shea from the Beckenham branch was so helpful with my kids school shoes. He was good with the kids and gave helpful suggestions from trainers for PE.

Excellent experience from Sarah in your Beckenham store this week, correcting issues from incorrect fitting of shoes in another branch. She spent time ensuring that the replacement shoes were fitted correctly so hopefully there will be no sore feet at the start of the school term.
