Had the most pleasant experience today in Clarks (belfast city centre) A young man named Rhys served us. He was very pleasant and professional! Would definitely recommend Clarks for school shoes!

Rhys was very patient with me today and efficient, and I was able to buy shoes with the confidence that I had received the correct guidance

Jay was so patient with our little boy who was kicking up a bit of a fuss!

We needed proper black school shoes and my daughter was very frustrated that she would need structured shoes and not gym shoes this year. Add to that, a new school in a new country and let’s just say emotions were brewing. Tears followed while trying on shoes and Steve at Clarks in downtown Belfast was top tier in this moment. He didn’t rush her and talked to her about when he was new to N. Ireland and how brave she was. Moments later, they were trying other sizes and adding inserts. He saved the day and it was the kindness and customer service that we needed in that exact moment. Steve, you are a gem and can’t thank you enough.

The staff were amazing , first when we went in the lady got some to come over straight away.the staff member steve was fantastic help my daughter with her shoes the first time ever first shoes tried on and bought

Rhys served me as I was looking shoes for my niece for school. Very courteous and was able to find what I was looking for. Makes such a difference to shopping when the assistant is interested in ensuring the customer leaves the shop happy.

Outstanding service from Steve. Found a pair of shoes for me that I had been looking for that were discontinued. Even better, got them at sale price. Couldn’t have done more for me.

Angela from the Belfast Clarks was incredibly helpful and friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the form and type of different shoes and which ones are best suited for different environments. I would definitely recommend and hope to purchase more Clarks in the future. Thank you.

Had a great experience getting our little girls first pair of shoes. Jay was a really nice guy and got her measured up and fitted in no time and with great confidence. They had exactly what we wanted in stock and we were in and out hassle free
