Having ordered two pairs of shoes on line I found they were a little tight when they turned up. I took both pairs to Bexleyheath where Sophie and her assistant spent time ensuring I changed the shoes for ones that fitted correctly. There was no rush, I felt their priority was getting shoes that were right for me however many pairs I tried on. They had one pair which was a perfect fit and ordered a second pair for delivery.
The balance of ordering from home but being able to visit a local store with good staff was perfect.
I have since ordered a third pair knowing if they did not fit Sophie and her assistant would be able to help.

Amazing tentative staff! From your welcoming smiles and greeting. Marina attended to my mum and was outstandingly helpful. She spoke to us pleasantly and managed to make my dear old mum smile having chosen and been fitted for her shoes. It’s just so nice to experience this helpfulness when you go shopping these days! This doesn’t happen in many shops. Keep up your great work to all the wonderful staff at Clark’s in Bexley.

Bexleyheath clarks is so amazing , outstanding service . Jess and sophie are so reliable and helpful , Jess served us and is a continuously outstanding staff every minute she is running up and the stairs with boxes ready to serve people ! I definitely recommend .

We originally stopped by just to look for some sandals for our daughter, but somehow walked out with five pairs of shoes—four of them for us adults! 😄 The team was fantastic—super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Their suggestions felt natural and actually made sense for what we needed. Everyone we interacted with did a great job. We'll definitely be coming back!

Good choice of styles and always comfortable to wear. Good choice of wide fittings and a range of colours.

Shoes delivered to Bexleyheath Branch within two days, not the seven indicated when order placed.
I have worn "Georgia" shoes for many years and find them very comfortable. I now have three pairs to ware as and when required.

Olly, Rhys and another gentleman whose name I didn't manage to get were absolutely amazing!
Olly was so helpful with finding the right shoe for my daughter and dealing with a runaway child.
Rhys was amazing after an negative experience at another store and helped get the right shoe sorted.

We were purchasing school shoes for a teenager and Rhys was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Nothing was too much trouble he even suggested trying a style in another colour just to see if it fits so we could order in black. He found an alternative style in the right size and in stock so his efforts were really appreciated.

I ordered school shoes for my granddaughter after seeing then in bluewater store. I was texted and emailed to say that they had arrived. When I went to pick them up the order could not be found. Luckily her size and style were in stock in the store we were in.

So helpful!!! I went in with all 6 of my children was not made to feel unwelcome or i was over running shop like previous expereinces. A younger guy served us he was so good and knowledgeable i will definitely be using this branch again!!
