The boots came worn with mud all in the stitching. In 18 years of shopping here I was absolutely shocked that they was sent out in that condition.

Zubair is awesome

Zubair is awesome. My grandson is autistic and shopping for shoes can be challenging but on a couple of occasions we have been assisted by Zubair what an incredible young man he is so patient and brilliant with my grandsons.

Zubair at Fort Shopping Centre…

Zubair at Fort Shopping Centre Birminghan was so nice and helpful. He helped us with fitting and choosing school schoes for our 3 kids in August. Had bags of patience with the kids. He reserved the perfect pair at another store for us too. He went above and beyond.

WARM AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE

Yesterday i visited Clarks shoes at fort shopping retail park Birmingham. There is one particular type of shoe i have been buying from Clarks for 50 years, i know i was shocked when i realised. I had been buying the wrong size shoes for many years and had only just become aware of it. The trainee sales assistant and assistant manageress were so professional and attentive to making sure i bought the right size shoes. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much for Khanaf and Letiya. The assistant manageress Letiya was so clued up and obviously a boss! I must have been there for at least 45mins and ended up leaving there with the the most perfect pair of shoes. I felt extremely grateful for these 2 ladies kind service. They will both go a long way. Thank you ladies and thank you Clarks.

Ruby the super star at Clarks

Clarkson range of shoes are awesome. What are the experience much better is the staff. I must say Ruby is truly a precious one. She definitely deserves a pay rise and is certainly an asset to your company. She was very friendly and found the perfect shoes for me and i even bought a second pair as she told me it was 20% if I bought 2 pairs which I was happy about and very surprised that the price was very good too. Her bracelet is awesome and make her sparkle even more then she already does.

Staff member hussain was Amazing…

Staff member hussain was Amazing helping out of a busy shift, I needed feet measuring for my daughter and school shoes. He was very accommodating and helpful and worked over shift time in order to complete our order.

Old school Genuine service.

Although Ruksar and Harrison served me today. It was absolutely lovely watching all the girls and one gentleman serving the customers with pure genuine service. As someone who is in the service industry (restauranteur), watching others provide service is always refreshing. As everyone would agree the high street service as declined massively.

Maya helped us today at the fort…

Maya helped us today at the fort shopping park. I came in to get school shoes for my daughters and she made sure we got the perfect ones. It did take us several times to try and find the right size but Maya made sure they were perfect for my kids.

Attended Clarks at the Birmingham Fort…

Attended Clarks at the Birmingham Fort branch after some poor service at Sutton Coldfield branch and was served by Isha.
What an amazing experience! Isha was so helpful, patient and gave sound advise. She took care of my daughter from sizing, fitting to selecting suitable school shoes.

I had a fantastic experience at Clark’s…

I had a fantastic experience at Clark’s thanks to Maya! She was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect school and nursery shoes for both of my children. Maya took her time, was patient and attentive, and made sure that each pair fit properly and suited my children’s needs. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting it right and making sure we felt confident in our choices. Her knowledge and friendly manner made the whole process so much easier. Thank you, Maya!

Aleesa was very professional today when we visited clarks at the Fort shopping centre. She was very helpful,friendly & very patient.
Aleesa was Amazing with the children as we came to buy all their school shoes.

Absolute awful experience

Absolute awful experience! Clarks staff here have no clue what they are doing, the store wasn't even as busy considering it's back to school but there was no system being followed, staff looking lost, taking forever finding shoes in the stock room, bringing out the wrong shoes or duplicate shoes again, 1 lady measured my daughter first brought out a pair of shoes and left us to it then went onto serve someone else then I had to ask another staff member if she was free to help us who had no idea what she was doing! What happened to Clarks Customer Service and sticking to the same customer until the sale?! It was a total shambles and the worst experience I've had in any Clarks store. I myself was a Clarks employee and we made sure we saw the customer through to the end in a timely and efficient manner. The staff here need retraining, even the manager agreed but wasn't of much help! Over an hour spent in store but no shoes.

Zuhayr was very nice to us as a family…

Zuhayr was very nice to us as a family and offered phenomenal costumer service. He made sure the kids had a very easy experience especially with our autistic son, he was very understanding. Thank you so much! And also made sure that the children found comfort in their new shoes

AWFUL SERVICE ❌


AWFUL EXPERIENCE! ❌
Spoke to the customer care team on 6/6/25, spoke to Sinovuy and Rusche both completely unhelpful- refusing to refund £6 owed to me. Not really a caring customer care team is it? I was promised a call back from a manager- NOTHING.

I have filled a escalation form on your website- awaiting a reply 817129
Served by a lady named LATIYA at the Clarks Birmingham Fort Shopping centre- very bad customer service. She is a manager at the store and made an error whereby she exchanged the shoes that we returned twice on two transactions instead of once. I was short of a refund. Went into store and LATIYA (MANAGER) was not accepting her error as being a manager for her it may have felt demeaning.
However clarks customer care acknowledged LATIYAS MISTAKE and refunded the amount to me.
Note to Clarks- if your placing a manager at a store please make sure they know how to do transactions and know there customer service skills, and definitely know how to accept there MISTAKES!

Just an update:
After the customer care team have refunded the correct amount to me and given a 15% discount code as goodwill. I get a call from the same Manager LATIYA from Fort Clarks and she tells me that no mistake has been made by herself.
So I informed her that customer care have recognised her mistake and blunder and refunded me so its about time she also accepts her mistake. Latiya has a dismissive attitude and her service is absolutely appalling. She should be replaced.
How can you exchange a pair or shoes for shoes that have also been returned?

I wouldnt even give ONE STAR if that was an option. After seeing several negative google reviews for the same store and manager surely some action should be taken.

Click & Collect order

purchased the item online as a click & collect order at The Fort Shopping Retail Park, Birmingham. The assistant was helpful although I had to wait for some time to be seen too and other customers due to insufficient staff especially for a Saturday. Enquired about the return process advised will need to contact customer services number on the website. Contacted customer services now even further frustrated as the staff member was unable to understand my query. Requested for a manager and kept getting fobbed off then was told will call back in 48 hrs and still no call back. Not exceptional customer service at all for new customer - although should be exceptional service delivered regardless!
Further disgusted with the response received from Clark’s - initial response was that they would email within 2 hrs with a resolution and then I received another email advising they have responded to my review which has now been amended! Despite me having advised that I have not received a call from management - Clarks have shown no initiative to try and contact me and assist with returning my product! Unsure why I bought this product!

Hamedat was absolutely fantastic

Hamedat was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she extremely patient with my two daughters, she phoned around other stores trying to locate a specific size for us. She didn't have to do that, she could have said not in stock but she went out of her way to help us. If she hadn't have done this, there was a strong possibility I would have looked at a different store/brand. So credit to Hamedat, she did you proud. Thank you.
