Blackpool 5573 We had an amazing visit today due to Izaak B being so helpful. We went in to purchase 1 pair of slippers and and ended up purchasing two pairs. His professional service and politeness was outstanding. Will return soon thankyou again Izaak.

Amazing staff where nothing is too much trouble. St and nina sorted a problem out that I was having trying to return shoes. They spent time with me and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend these two assistance to anyone. Thank you both

Kerry was the name of the lady who served us. She was lovely. Greeted with a nice smile and chatty throughout. Excellent customer service. A young man measured our daughters feet he was very professional too. Great service Clark's thankyou.

Izaak was so helpful and attentive with me and my daughter.. will definitely be back because of him and his service. As asset to your company. The most helpful employee that I have seen (and Im a regular customer).

Took my daughter to get some Clarks shoes with my understanding they measured her and gave me a size, then I pick the shoes and all sounds simple. She tried them on, ran round the shop all ok. Two days later they have gone way to wide on her and dont fit at all, so either they are cheaply made or the women in the shop wasnt very good at measuring her. Took them back to be told I should of done the supply and fit, pardon, what is that. Surely you should of offered this service not sell me shoes that dont fit, why did I even bother having them measured. Awful rude staff member at the shop on the retail park in Blackpool called Lauren

I attended the Clark’s outlet store in Blackpool - looking to purchase schools shoes for my children. I was very impressed with happy with Janet W who provided a really good service and helped us out with her experience with fittings and went the extra mile to find shoes in the back and then looking online.
She spent a lot of time with us answering questions and provided us with a very good service

Absolutely amazing services, thanks to Emily. Came in looking for shoes for my brother, wasn't sure what I was doing. But she helped me no problems, no stress. Would go back again.

I recently went into the Blackpool store and felt SO uplifted by the help, the knowledge and the kindness of Sarah, the sales assistant. She helped me find what I could not, and went straight to the one and pair left! She was also so knowledgeable about finding the correct size!!! My enormous THANK YOU! And to Luke, too, on the counter! Fabulous staff!!

Dealing with customer services Rebecca was very helpful with dealing with a complaint and giving good feedback. I was grateful as I was given a voucher, but this was the last thing I expected. I simply wanted to pass on my concerns so no other customer was made to feel the way I was. Customer services and the Blackpool team, particularly Grace, have been lovely to deal with. Thank you.

We purchased our son's school shoes today and were served by Megan she was so brilliant with our son. She measured his feet and went to find shoes that would fit. She was really caring and helpful. Great place to go for your next pair of shoes

Storm gave great service today, my daughter was getting new school shoes and she was really patient with her and gave great advice.

Tim was extremely helpful and brilliant with the children. He turned what could be a very stressful situation into something enjoyable. He always goes above and beyond to find the styles of shoe the children like and in their sizes. Thank you Tim!

Clarks outlet in Blackpool is fantastic value for money and has excellent staff. We went there today for my son’s school shoes. We had his feet measured by Max and had a pair of shoes he loves in under 15 minutes. Shoes were nearly 20 quid cheaper there for the same style than the high street as well. Very happy.

Visited the Blackpool Outlet and received great service from Tim. In fact, he also served us for school shoes last year so we knew how good he was. He’s very friendly but very knowledgeable about shoe fittings.

Great measuring and fitting of new school shoes today.
Tim was very efficient and just an overall lovely person!
Made the back to school shop a whole lot less stressful!
