The staff were friendly and attentive when needed. Safa was very pleasant and constructive in her comments and advice without being overly pushy.

Visited the store today for our first grandsons first shoes. Safa the assistant was fantastic. Very helpful, engaging and really nice with our grandson Freddie. An asset to your store.

Safa@middlebrook was excellent when choosing our granddaughters first shoes she measured her feet carefully and showed us a good selection whilst interacting with the baby throughout a fabulous piece of customer service.

We were served by Safa in the Middlebrook store. Buying school shoes mid week, she was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the advice and help we were given and came away with new shoes.

Was served by Ellie, she was very nice and fun to talk to :) gave her honest opinion on the shoes, found me some Mary Jane type shoes that were chunky like I wanted and showed me some leather restorer that will help when I customise them !!

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service from Khadeeja in your Reebok store. Thank you and the experience is filed away in our minds for next time we need footwear. Proves to always stick with Clarks 👍

Went in with 2 toddlers for a measure and buy. Mo came out promptly and was courteous throughout the process. Measured both toddlers and had new shoes bought and protection spray recommended. All in all great experience.

We did our shopping at Clark’s middlebrook. It’s so spacious and inviting. The staff are all friendly, Ellie served us today and she was wonderful. So patient and helpful and great with the kids. We felt attended to and well looked after.

Bought two pairs of brogues from Clarks middlebrook this morning. Karen was informative, engaging and very helpful.

Mo was very helpful in finding the right boot in the right size for my husband. He measured my husbands feet and gave good advice on boot design and fit.

Went looking for new school shoes for youngest son. Felt listened too, as I am quite particular about what is classed as a shoe.
Mo at Middlebrook Clarks shoe shop listened and was very attentive to us. Did not pressure us by bringing out shoes he knew I would not want. Mo offered us other ways to get the shoes as quickly as possible and was very helpful when we found a pair that could have been too big.

We were getting new shoes for our 3 year old grand daughter, Clare. Jen@Middlebrook has a daughter the same age and was so helpful not only in advising us on the best fit, but in her manner towards Clare.
She also explained that the purchase made us eligible for 20% off on adult shoes
She also offered a 3 month post-purchase review to check ongoing fit of the shoes.

Great help from Becca fitting my 2 and 7 year olds with new shoes. The store is calm, clean and pleasant with lots of space for children to move around.

Francesca @Middlebrook was amazing today! We visited for my eldests school shoes. She has rather large feet for her age, 1/2 a size difference between each foot, very slim feet but wide near her toes. Francesca was patient, knowledgeable, checking the fit in all areas and offered different widths for my eldest to try until she found what was comfortable. My youngest saw trainers she wanted, so Francesca checked her sizing too despite fitting in the ones on the shelf as it turns out my youngest also has different size feet. I am in a wheelchair and Francesca brought the payment machine over for ease. Truly a kind, polite, proffesional, friendly and knowledgeable asset to Clarks. Thank you Francesca x

Easy ordering and pick up at a local Clarks shop made my on-line ordering simple and very easy.

The attendant 'Safa' was child friendly and attentive towards my child's needs and requirements. She recommended different options based on those needs. She was very patient and considered all our factors. I would definitely go there again.
