Huge shout out to Karla in Clarks Castlepoint for being fabulous. Took my 3 boys in for school shoes and trainers, she was brilliant with them, quick and efficient which made the whole thing so much less stressful than it could it have been. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with Carla at the Clarks Castlepoint store. We visited to collect a pair of shoes we had previously ordered for my 4-year-old son, based on a fitting from the week before. As the style he originally wanted wasn’t in stock, it had to be ordered in—but I thought it would be best to try them on in store just to double-check the fit.

Thankfully we did, as it turned out they were too small, suggesting the original measurement may have been incorrect. Carla handled the situation brilliantly. She quickly reassessed my son’s size, found suitable alternatives that fit perfectly, and also sourced a direct replacement for the pair we had ordered.

Throughout the whole process, Carla was polite, patient, and extremely helpful. She engaged wonderfully with my son, making sure he felt comfortable and happy with his new shoes, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Cerys at the castle point was fantastic, she was so patient with our daughter.

Carla gave exceptional customer service. She is very knowledgable about toddler shoes and gave lots of advice on styles and when to change shoe. She happily brought out multiple shoes in various sizes to make sure we found the perfect one. I will be going back for all toddler shoes.

Went to Clarks in Castlepoint Bournemouth with my son , which is 18 months old. There I found Belle which was amazing as my son it’s very difficult founding shoes , as his feet it’s very thick.So Belle helped me find shoes for my son, she is so professional and attentive with customers. My son have the right shoes because of Belle. They shoul promote her to a higher position! Thank you Belle !!

Carla and her colleague greeted me the moment I stepped through the door. Friendly and approachable Carla listened to the particular shoe I was interested in and quickly sought the sizes from the stockroom. After discussing the fit, Carla reached for half sole inserts and then full sole insets to assure I had the prefect fit. We both noted the website showed the blank Friday sale price and the store price was adjusted to match.
Such a lovely, professional and helpful staff member. I’ll definitely return when I need new shoes. A credit to the team.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I have met Bella at Castlepoint, Bournemouth Branch today. She spared no effort helping me find what suits me. Despite me taking much time and being hesitant about what I want, she kept smiling and showing professional attitude. Thanks to her, my experience with Clarks has been amazing.

I visited the Clarks shop at Castlepoint yesterday. The store was busy as they had their “Black Friday” sale and appeared to be short staffed. I was served by Abby who, despite being busy, gave me excellent advice on the fitting of my shoes. Without her advice I would have left the store empty handed.
