I had to take my grand daughter to Clark’s in broadway bradford (14/02/26) to have feet measured got served by Lacey & Sameer honestly got wonderful Customer Service never mind 100% got 120% and extra thanks to Lacey for showing me different design shoes for my grand daughter and purchased a pair I liked.
I would recommend Clark’s Broadway Bradford due good customer service.

We went into clarks today for shoe size measuring, i have 3 children with special needs my youngest (boy 3) with profound autism.. the 2 ladies that saw us were fantastic with us all. They did the girls first and double checked, really gentle with them.. then another lady came and measured my son, in his special needs buggy. Hes usually very dysregulated hates his shoes removed will scream and kick, but she played with him first was talking to him even tho he doesnt understand she still treat him with dignity and respect. My little boy was compliant and actually smiling clapping and hi5’d the lady! I couldnt have been more impressed! Very inclusive and definetly needs recognising when there are so many children with special needs- sensory issues autism etc staff like these in the every day stores are absolute golden! Thankyou for making our visit enjoyable as we were dreading it.. you lessened the trauma for my son and im sure hel be happy to go next time! 5🌟

Visited Bradford store today. Great customer service from Lacey, nothing was too much trouble, thank you. That’s why I return to Bradford as you cannot fault the customer service there from any of the staff.

The order sent was wrong.
Took it to a Claires shop who did not want to know. Asked why I did not have an invoice and to get in touch with the customer services to ask them to send me an invoice to allow me to return. Disappointed.

I was served by Melvish and she gave me an excellent customer service.

Mevish was lovely and great with my almost two year old. We always come to the Bradford Clarks for shoes as we find the staff by far the best there. Both the women in on a Wednesday are brilliant and the Bradford Clarks always has good sales on

Delivered on chosen date. Staff helpful and polite.

Just very helpfull had perfect shoes in 10 minutes.

Great service from Halima. - 4 children aged 11 months, 4, 5, & 10 years. Plus another 5 year old in tow. She sorted us all v patiently. Lovely young lady. Thank you.

Visited Clarkes in Bradford Broadway, was served by Daanish who made a stressful experience (sorting our school shoes for both of my kids) less stressful. Excellent customer service from a friendly member of staff. Good work should always be rewarded! Thank you Daanish.

Attended at the Broadway, Bradford to buy some shoe's for my one year old daughter and was served by a Samrah, from the start she was professional, polite and very good with her, she calmed her down instantly whilst being measured for her shoes and then trying them on, a very nice and knowledgable member of staff

We were helped by Bea who was a lovely and outstanding employee. My 12 year old grandson said "she was the best employee I have ever met in a shop" and I would just like to say a massive thank you to Bea for her outstanding service.
