I bought a pair of discounted boots. I was approached politely by Elliya and asked if he could help. My size wasn’t on display but with a quick check a size 9 was found.

I went into the Clarks shop in Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton yesterday 28/12/2025 . I spoke with Addli , he was such a professional in the way he listened and tried to help. He made my experience very enjoyable.

He listened first then tried to help the best he could. He has excellent customer service skills and he really as they say ( PUT THE CLIENT FIRST )

Michael in the Brighton Store was most helpful,friendly and his advice/suggestions were very professional.
He also new exactly which ankle boot models came in wide fit, and he presented them to us...we didn't have to search.
These days it isn't easy to find a good quality shoe shop with knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much Michael

We went into the Brighton store on. Saturday, the weekend before school started - I know, mental!
I was dreading this anyway as I have left it so late. We were served by Rosie, who was nothing short of amazing! I had both children with me, and she was patient and so animated with both of them. She measured my son’s feet, made some suggestions, and after going up and down the stock room a few times for us- sorry, Rosie- we walked out with 2 pairs of shoes. Happy children and relaxed parent! Thank you so much for your help and patience, Rosie!

We were served by Eiliya on Saturday 26th April at the Brighton Churchill Square store. Eiliya exceeded our expectations by accommodating our needs and those of my grandson who has significant additional needs. We did not feel rushed at all, and Eiliya was patient, kind and calm when measuring my grandsons feet. Eiliya also guided us to a quieter area at the back of the store and accommodated our every need. Thank you for making what could’ve been an overwhelming experience stress free and calm.

Jo was extremely helpful and showed us all the new styles of shoes from the Clarks advert. She and her colleagues got multiple pairs of shoes from the stock room for us to both try on and helped us with sizing etc. We ended up with a lovely pair of shoes each. Thank you again to Jo and her colleagues!

Michael went above and beyond to help my husband find a new pair of work shoes. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as he must have tried on over 10 pairs of shoes.

Went to the Brighton branch to pick up shoes, absolutely zero prior knowledge or expectations. Michael was an amazing guy, helped me pick out a nice cheaper pair of plain black leather shoes for a student. Great service, I appreciate it.

Sadly I had to return the trainers as they were too big
However the staff were very helpful & found my size but unable to find anything that wasn’t too narrow but didn’t slip up & down!

Michael, who served me in Brighton's Churchill Square branch, is helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about footwear and getting the correct fit.

Michael was not pushy, helped identify wide fit ladies shoes. Then offered to nab a pair for me to try even though it wasn’t the colour I wanted. I then bought them as well as conditioning balm.

Really great service today from Flo when getting my five year old son’s shoes for school. She was really knowledgeable and listened to my son talking about dinosaurs and engaged with him.

We went to the Clarks store in Brighton. Scarlet served us and she is amazing! So attentive and patient. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond. Clarks are very lucky to have her. She needs a pay rise! Great ambassador for Clarks.
