So glad I bought these shoes and polish care kit for myself it's going to be useful for me.

Went in to have our 3 year olds feet measured, and if needed get new shoes. Elodie greeted us with a smile and help from measuring, to fitting new shoes. Seamless and everything we needed done in a short time in a very friendly manner.

Quick and helpful service - Kai served me at the till and was knowledgeable about the shoes I was buying and made helpful recommendations for additional products which I purchased. Her polite and engaging interaction made the purchase a pleasurable experience- thanks Kai!

I needed a good pair of winter shoes but I just did not want to pick them online without trying them on first and getting a proper feel for them. I therefore went to browse the shop in Bristol and found a model I liked at Clarks. The shop assistant let my try on the shoes I liked but they were an half size too small. Since an high street shop has only limited room for storage the larger size was not available there that day so she redirected me to the online store showing me the model and size for me. I completed the purchase online the same day.

Ella was courteous, patient, helpful with suggestions and had a wide knowledge of the products which made the shopping experience more optimal and less stressful during the fitting appointment.

Was shopping in town when I popped into the Bristol Broadmead store to browse. Was greeted by a lovely worker called Ella. Extremely friendly and very helpful. I bought a lovely pair of trainers!

I have a special need when buying shoes/sandals. The staff at Clark's Bristol-Broadmead store were really helpful. Hannah was a standout in high quality customer service. This is now my preferred shoe store.

I visited the Broadmead Bristol branch this morning. The gentleman that served me was very helpful, and greeted me with a smile. I went away with a pair of shoes and a handbag. Added bonus was there was a promotion on as well.

Visited the Bristol Broadmead store the other day and although I didn’t purchase anything all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, trying to accommodate my need. Absolutely recommend.
