We went to Clarks Bromley to get our 1 year old some shoes since he started walking. We were approached by Ché and he couldn’t have been more helpful and forth coming with information.

I visited your Bromley store for the first a few weeks ago to find some long boots. The sales assistant that looked after me was excellent, I felt valued, important and seen. I visited every store that sold long boots in Bromley and the service at your store was by far, the best. Other stores either ignored me or made me feel everything was just too much trouble. The difference in service levels was very apparent, I went back to the store and asked for the ladies name as she was absolutely fantastic! Her name was Mounira Nouni and she is a credit to your store

Leo in Bromley was amazing with my 10 year old granddaughter brought her 5 different pairs of shoes in her size so she had a good choice to try on and from then she chose the pair she liked

Easy to order online, staff helpful at in-store pick-up.

Shoes were returned as they came up big

Not much choice of school shoes (boys 12 & 16, girl 9). Staff too laid back to even suggest looking online.

Great service at the Bromley store on a very busy Sunday afternoon - the day before school starts, had both my children feet measured by the lovely and helpful Melvin who accommodated my 9 year old ADHD daughter’s multiple requests for a different style of shoe.
Would visit again and so glad for having a physical store and great customer service. Thank you Clarks!

Chanelle the best sells experience I ever had Clark’s bromley

Muna was really thorough and had a lovely approach with my two children during our booked feet measuring and school shoe fitting appointment. She spoke directly to my son and treated him in such a lovely way, showing that she understood the decision on the comfort and fit of the shoes was down to him and not the parent! She put us all at ease and was really kind.

Tyler was friendly, helpful, and joyful. He made shopping for 3 kids a little less scarry!

Always love Clark shoes because of their quality, durability and comfort.
Though expensive but you will always get value for your money.
However, the experience online with the system appears not to be great, most especially if you have a discount code and applying at checkout proved abortive and frustrating. I had to go to the shop to sort this out and without any problems. I experienced a good customer service.

The young tall lad in the kids section is brilliant.
Very knowledgable and proffesional.
CLARKS please give him a raise

We visited the Bromley store with our brother - who has learning difficulties on the 11th October and were promptly assisted by Emma S. She was extremely patient with him, particularly as verbal communication is difficult for him. She provided excellent advice and recommendations. We are very happy with the shoe purchased.

The assistants were lovely and really helpful.

Sourced a pair of boots I wanted and they cost £112 a slight reduction due to Black Friday reduction. Went into store and they had my size. I had a Love2Shop voucher which can be used in Clarks. I tried to use the gift voucher but it would not scan. It had a £100 on it. The lady in shop said it was a paper not plastic card and their readers did not read paper cards. Went a few shops down the road and bought similar boots which happened to be far cheaper in Marks and Spencer and the gift card scanned no problems. Wont be shopping in Clarks again. Be warned your gift voucher may well not work in Clarks. No apology nothing just a feeble excuse about their card readers.
