I bought two Dew Water Bottles from Clark’s. The first one made the water taste strongly of plastic, which made it unpleasant to drink. The second one also developed an unpleasant smell inside. I have bought many water bottles before , but I have never experienced this. Unfortunately, these bottles do not seem fit for purpose. I would not recommend them.

I went to Camberley Clarks today and my experience was really good. This lovely man measured my baby’s foot size and got me a pre walking shoe in no time. Absolutely great and quick service. No hassle at all. I was done with my shopping in less than 8 minutes. Brilliant!! Unlike that lady who refused to serve me yesterday in Farnborough Clarks since she was eager to close the shop even though there was 30mins left and the fact that the shop was completely empty and there were two of them just sitting. I’m sure Clark’s company policy would want you to sell their products until shop closes and selling shoes to customers should be the top priority. Disappointing experience in Clarks at FARNBOROUGH!!

We went to Clark’s the last Sunday before the kids returned to school (yes a little crazy I know) and although busy we were served quickly by a lovely assistant Grace. Grace measured my son and told us his new size, she asked what style we liked although I expected to be told what was left in his size but no she came back with a couple of options (one of which was the style my son had requested!). Grace was super efficient, very helpful, professional and lovely and friendly. It was a pleasure to shop in Clark’s and by such a lovely young lady! Thank you

Fantastic experience at the Camberley store getting school shoes for my 5 year old. Finn was brilliant! Very kind, patient and encouraging with my son. They gave expert advice and we ended up with the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks so much to Finn for making the experience as easy as possible!

I had a great experience when needing to order a new pair of shoes I had purchased before in a different colour. Tia was very helpful, explaining everything throughout the process.

Excellent service from Tia very patient with young children, went out of her way to order trainers on line and explain they could be collected from the shop.

Due to time pressures, I had purchased my “shoes” online …. When I got them I realised I had made a mistake .,. Was able to take the footwear back to the Clark’s shop in Camberley and return/exchange them for the shoes that I really wanted …. The 2 CSR’s in the shop made the whole experience very easy for me …. What I think of as genuine Customer Care … many thanks

Came in for some slippers, was greeted on arrival by a very smiley Sofia...she was super helpful and checked out back for a size u couldn't see on display

Had to return a pair of boots that I bought online as they were too big.
Took them to the Camberley store.
Did a swap for a smaller size.
No problem at all.
