Great customer service 1 year old child that usually likes to run around and not stay still. Staff member Ellie was brilliant with her, measuring her feet and sorting the right shoes/trainers we needed.

Sadly our last visit to this store 3 weeks ago left us shocked again...this is no longer a Clarks store, but an affiliated outlet. Very poor children awareness, and I'll never go there again. 15/10/25

What an amazing turn around in 6 months. As foster carers we have spent many £100 in Clarks , Cameron Toll in Edinburgh, and our last visit after Christmas left us appalled. Today visit was delightful. Service and attention second to none. Special offers of secluded shopping for children with special needs, and they also accept the Blue Light discount card.

Wonderful and friendly staff, Yelena was so helpful in finding us a good pair of smart-casual boots! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The team really looked after my 4 year old and made him very happy, he usually hates getting his feet measured so this was a relief and really appreciated. See you again.

Sarah, a sales rep, was really helpful despite that I hate Clarks, prices and shoes (but my daughter needed a pair urgently). Lesson, a sales rep CAN made the difference and they should be compensated for that.

Clarks at Cameron Toll opened up early for us as my son has autism and a learning disability. The staff were friendly, accommodating and speedy! Would highly recommend.
