Laura at the store in Canterbury was so helpful and lovely. It was busy in the store but she remained attentive to everyone and was very patient with me. You get what you pay for with Clarks not only in terms of footwear but with the customer experience. Thank you so much ❤️

The store was great in helping to sort a missing delivery that head office ignored. The whole process took nearly 3 weeks.

Baby pre-walking shoes:- well made, fit nicely and look stylish. Lightweight and good protection for little feet learning to walk outdoors. Price:- outlet is better than online sale.

Overall, it was probably better to buy from outlet than online, cheaper and no delivery hassle.

I have been a customer to Clarks for 20 years due to its affordable and stylish comfortable shoes. For first time this year, I experienced much more firmer leather and lack of comfort in my normal size 8. Sadly I had to return the shoes because they were too tight.
Website is good and customer service is good, in my view quality of shoes has gone downhill in terms of comfort.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the wonderful service we recieved on purchsing a 170 x 240 rug from Clarks - Canterbury. Thank you so much Joanne for the superb treatment we recieved, and for going out of your way to making sure we were happy with our choice. We are delighted with our rug an it looks lovely.

I just want to say a massive thank you to olive who helped get my daughters school shoes. As soon as we walked in, she stopped cleaning the mirror whilst others were chatting, and came straight over to us, found loads of options of shoes in the size we needed and made the whole sale easy.

Kieran and Courtney was very friendly and very helpful. Had amazing service from both had two very happy children leaving the store.

Very quick service despite it being busy. Maisie was on hand and brought a selection of shoes for my son which matched what I had requested. All the staff working seemed very professional but also helpful. Very easy to pay and as always great service. The whole reason I get my son's school shoes from Clarks is because of the service and how easy it is to have their feet measured in store. They both also have wide feet so I can be sure the shoes will fit well.

We had an appointment today for two children requiring school shoes. We were served by such a lovely girl named Imogen, who couldn’t do enough for us. She was fantastic with the children, patient and extremely helpful. Thank you.

Mohamed in the Canterbury branch assisted us with our 2 daughters schools shoes and was great. Polite, helpful and patient with our indecisive daughter, he provided a great service. Even when another worker, Amelia, was rude to my wife, Mohamed apologised and continued to provide excellent customer service
