A quick visit to the Cheltenham store. I struggle to find boots that are comfortable and have a block heel. Excellent service from Cameron. He really understood what I needed and what would not work. Really happy as managed to find two great pairs of boots 😊😊

Luci was so personable and chilled out, really thorough and helpful and a natural with the kids. We were shopping for school shoes at peak time and the customer demand was managed really well with clear instructions and orderly service from staff. Attended appointment for school shoe fitting. It was super busy so glad we made our appointment. Rowena was good with our son and made sure his shoes fit well and were comfortable. Good service 👍🏼

Maisie helped us today at the Cheltenham store with a pair of school shoes and then trainers for my daughter. She was really lovely, professional and knowledgable. Maisie gave us lots of options, especially when it came to sizing and making sure that each fit had room to grow. Lots of patience, especially dealing with little children who don’t know what we need from them. A lovely shopping experience!

Great experience at the Cheltenham store today. We went to get our 1 year old some new shoes, we were served by Gabi, she was happy approachable and made it easy simple and stress free! We were in and out in 20 minutes!! Thank you so much for your help Gabi!

Went to Cheltenham store with 5yr okd twins for school shoes. Nia looked after us and was brilliant. She had such a lovely way with the children , chatting away to them . She was so patient with one of the twins who must have tried every available school shoe in her size !
The other twin was happy with her choice of shoe and a pair of plimsolls so we purchased those and we decided after speaking to their mum on the phone that the twin who couldn’t make a decision could wear her sisters old shoes for the time being as they would fit her and were still in excellent condition.
Thank you so much Nia for making it a pleasant shopping experience for Grandma and two Grandchildren. You are a credit to Clarks.

Great service finding teen boys’ school shoes from Luci in the Cheltenham store. Choices were limited but we walked away with what we needed.

Visited the Cheltenham High St. branch today where Maisie looked after us. We were buying new school shoes and Maisie provided excellent customer service - attentive, considerate and she really engaged with our ND eldest, helping turn what can be a stressful trial into a pleasant and successful visit.
