I took my son in for a fitting and to buy new school shoes. We were served by Katy who was really helpful. Only criticism is that a lot of the shoes on the side weren't individually priced so had to ask how much a few cost. Happily came away with a new pair of shoes :)

Jo was absolutely brilliant today in helping to find new shoes for my 18 month old son. He is very energetic, wriggly and teething so I was a little apprehensive but I needn’t have been. Jo was kind, patient and very knowledgeable- she completely put me at ease and despite the busy service (and exceptionally hot afternoon!), we didn’t feel rushed at all. We left with lovely shoes, just right for his age and stage, and my little boy has been confidently running around in them all afternoon! The service we had today was absolutely fantastic and far superior to my previous experiences in other shops - I won’t be going anywhere else moving forwards!

Amazing experience at the Chesterfield Branch. The staff in there have been amazing especially Rebekah. So patient and supportive and went above and beyond to find the right shoes for our LG. Second time we have been in and they were brilliant. Had bad experiences at the Nottingham outlet (wrong sizes, pushy staff) but since attending the other store they have made our experience so much better. Highly recommended people going there!!

Really appreciate helping staff and being able to try on shoes in a shop.

Unsure about the sizing so had to order 2 different ones. I prefer to shop in store but stock and choice limited. Delivery to store is quite quickly though.The staff are really friendly and remember me as a returning customer. The returns process was very simple.

Jo at Chesterfield Clarks was so brilliant with my little girl. She made the experience fun for her as she tried on boot after boot after boot!! She was very knowledgable and made sure that the boots fitted perfectly, the sticker at the end of the day and her lovely nature really went above and beyond.

Visited the nearest store, for school shoes. Wasn’t as busy as I expected. Got served quickly.

Had my son’s feet measured and looked at black school. Tried them on and the fit was checked.

The fit is guaranteed with the card and receipt.

I also purchase from the outlet and have the youth foot gauge. I did check before going and it was spot on.
