Postage!
I initially went in for the children to have their shoes fitted. Which was very quick and we were dealt with professionally. When it came to choosing my daughter’s shoes, you had limited availability of any girls school shoes in her size. The lady kindly looked on “the system” and she said she couldn’t guarantee we would get our daughter’s preferred style in time. Half an hour later I looked online and ordered, her chosen shoes in the correct size. Which was delivered within 3 days, it’s funny you could guarantee this when you pay nearly £6 delivery.
