Beckie at Colchester was great at helping my daughter find some comfortable and well fitting shoes.

Bought a lovely pair of work boots. Served by Beckie at the Colchester Town store.
Both Sam and Beckie are a great customer focused asset to this nice unique shoe shop.
We'll done and continue with the great service.
Will highly recommend and will buy again and again from this branch.

There were two salespeople in shop serving and multitasking. The young man was polite and obviously wanted to help me. He smiled and kept smiling even when I was sending him back for different options. He wasn't sure of the answers to some of my queries - admitted this and had help from the manageress. She was equally supportive. A good team. It turns out the young man is a trainee. He will be a great asset to you. Well done. I would have put five stars but shop a bit untidy - which didn't matter. They were busy. I am pleased with my purchase too.

The service was excellent- attentive without being overbearing and I got the shoes I wanted at a great price.

Becky helped us get new shoes for our toddler who was ready to upgrade from his pre walkers to walking shoes. She was really patient and sweet with him, chatting with him as she checked his size and encouraging him to walk to try out the new shoes. She certainly also knew what she was talking about and didn’t rush us or pressure us into buying shoes, helping us try out a couple of options to see which ones seemed the most comfortable for the little one. Super friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely be back to have the little one sized again in a few weeks to make sure he continues to wear the right shoes for him 😃

Beckie, from the shop in Colchester has been amazing. She has helped me several times. As they don’t store a big range of shoes, Beckie, always with a smile, not only helps the customers with the online orders, she moves back and forward to please everyone.
She is the reason I became a Clark’s customer.

I went to 3 different high street shoe retailers and received, at best, a hello.
It wasn’t until I went into Clarks in Colchester that i had a completely different experience.
From the moment I walked in, real customer service started - It stood out a mile!
A massive thank you to Beckie for patiently and expertly looking after my needs…. Genuinely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Visited the Colchester branch this afternoon with my little one to have her feet sized and find her first shoes. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, they were great with my little one. Sue was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Always a good welcome in Colchester store -

Looking for at least one new pair of men’s shoes I tried Clark’s wondering if they would have anything suitable: working but smart with a narrow and shallow fitting. Beckie and Robin’s efforts meant I left with a super pair. How good to find knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Really great service from store manager, Beckie, at Clark’s Colchester (Culver Square). She spotted that my kids’ feet had been wrongly measured elsewhere and remeasured them, and gave great advice re. fit. We arrived late in the day, which meant we ended up staying a little after closing. Beckie didn’t rush us and continued to give us five star service until we had chosen the right shoes. She was friendly and knew her stuff. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience at the Clarks Colchester Store in Culver Square. Served by Mehro, who was extremely helpful. Measured my daughter’s feet very competently and found the perfect school shoe first time - which is a rarity as my daughter has very narrow feet. A very painless experience - especially considering we’re in back to school season! Efficient and well managed queuing system which saw us seen in no time at all. Definitely recommend

We visited this Clarks store today for school shoes. The shop was very busy but also being excellently managed so we only waited a couple of minutes to be served.
Ben helped us, he was polite, friendly and informative. He did a full fitting check for my Grandson and was able to converse equally easy with a 4 year old.
There was a slight delay at the tills as the tablets being used to complete purchases were slow, however,Beckie, the store manager, was communicating well with everyone in the queue and keeping the flow moving.
A very good experience of back to school shoe shopping by a well managed team.

She is excellent Seles girl I have ever met. Very helpful with my daughter difficult shoe size. She patently showed all the option and make sure we satisfied.
