Excellent help from Fartun today. I really appreciate her patience.

I came to the store this morning and Iqra the shop assistant attended to me so well. She even helped me take my boot off and put it on because I hurt my finger. She was so amazing. She even ordered me a size up and ordered me the correct size (wide ) even though I didn’t have to tell her. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Best boots I have purchased in a long time. Good quality material and look great with any style of clothing. Most importantly for me they are very comfortable.

Very helpful staff in store, but they didn’t have the correct size. I ordered online, the shoes arrived before the date I expected them so that was great :)

The team from Colliers Wood store always helps me find the right footwear for my little boy. Fartun has been our go to person since my little boy was 13 months old and started his love of Clarks shoes. Stephen has been on hand to help when we needed too. Now a 26 month old opinionated toddler, he left the store today with sandals we know he will want to wear thanks to Fartun. Thank you team Colliers Wood 😊

Store is convenient location, free parking. Shop is clean good stock of shoes ect.. staff friendly helpful, Michael has a lovely soft approach always happy to help, thank you

Smita was very helpful when I was in store. My feet are so problematic as they are super narrow:skinny and long. I must’ve tried on 8 pairs of shoes and she was quite patient with me. Thank you for your assistance

It was fast and the employee was very nice

I am very dissatisfied, I am not happy with my purchase. I was given a par of shoes.one foot new and another displayed which was so faded,it was very obvious.
The order was placed, so I was expecting a pair of new shoes.
I am very disappointed, I needed it for my dad's birthday on Friday.

A great visit to Tandem Centre on 5th November. I was assisted by Smita who was so helpful. She listened to my concerns about fit and comfort of footwear and offered me advice and options. Her priority was customer service rather sales driven. I was given time to make my decisions, service was great.

Staff's understand, patience and resolving my problem. I apprached a staff member who didnt judge me or made feel guilty but sorted my worries by giving me an exchange for the school shoes that had started showing holes after a short time. He was very patient, understanding and resilient even when I had to change my mind after the transaction was processed. He was more the happy to help me again after my son changed his mind.
Thank you STEPHEN!!! You have a calm character and patience.
