I have a 7-year-old child and we buy school shoes from your Croydon store every year. Last summer we purchased two pairs for the autumn term, but both pairs were already falling apart shortly after the New Year.

When I returned to the store, the staff member was unhelpful and told me the shoes were seven months old, so nothing could be done. I bought them in the summer to prepare for the school term, which is completely normal. My child only wears them two days a week, and I also purchased all the recommended care products.

I am very disappointed that no solution was offered when there is clearly a quality issue. This has been a very poor customer service experience.

Teegan in Croydon was incredibly helpful during a very difficult time. I was searching for bed slippers for my late father’s funeral, and despite the limited range in store, she took the initiative to search the stockroom and found a selection of choices for me. Her manner was thoughtful, empathetic, and genuinely caring. The level of customer service she provided was exceptional, and I want to personally thank her for her kindness and support.

Aleeba is Croydon was very helpful and patient! Plus there are some lovely shoes there.

From the time I entered the store I was given a very warm welcome and a big smile.

The sales assistant whom greeted me was called Amelia. She was fantastic in advising me on products to help maintain my shoes to a good quality. Giving me space to look around the store whilst still being attentive.

Having not been to Clark’s since I was a child myself, and now looking for my 11-month-old daughter's first pair of shoes, I am pleased to say it was a great experience. Christianna in the Croydon store was very helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect pair. Her knowledge put me at ease and friendly approach made my daughter smile through the whole process. Sizing was smooth and enjoyable and I will be back in the near future for a second pair. Highly recommend her for any shoe/sizing advice!

We had a wonderful experience with Christiana at Clark’s in Croydon. She was kind and patient and gave our daughter plenty of time (as she was nervous getting her shoes fitted for the first time!) Would really recommend.
