After being in severe pain with my feet for a good few weeks and some time off work, I decided to make a trip to Clarks today to invest in some decent shoes. I work in retail and spend many hours on my feet. Karen helped me to find the perfect pair. She gave my mum and I a warm welcome, listened to my needs, and was really good at answering any of my questions I had around footwear - as someone who’s never treated myself to good shoes for work before, I was really conscious of making sure I found the perfect ones. I can safely say I walked out of the shop really happy with my purchase and also purchased the shoe protection spray to look after my shoes. I can’t wait to have happy feet!! Thank you Karen. A very warm, friendly, caring member of your team who definitely deserves recognition :) x

I came in with my daughter and niece to get them both measured and find shoes.
We were greated by Kaitlin who was very knowledgeable and also had the patience of a saint with our little ones that were tired, excited and irritable all at the same time (which as a parent you know is a deadly combination)

Kaitlin was very helpful and patient with measuring my three boys for new school shoes. She recommended products to help keep the shoes looking new. Overall very pleased with the level of service received.

Went in with my son, Kaitlin was really helpful and had his feet measured, options in his size and two pairs of shoes bought within about 5 minutes. Quick to offer assistance and minimal fuss which is perfect when you’re handling a bored two year old!

I came in to look for some comfy gym style trainers and kaitlin served me with a smile and alot of knowledge of the trainers. Very very good member of staff.

We were helped by Kaitlin. She was lovely, friendly and she had excellent customer service skills. She was very knowledgable and offered suitable alternatives that met my son’s needs.

We took our grandson into the Cwmbrân store looking for his first pair of shoes. He didn’t enjoy having his feet measured and fitted, had a proper meltdown. Lorraine served us was excellent! She persevered getting him the right fit and told us all about ‘soft shoes’ which we didn’t know about. We bought them and he is now toddling about happily in them. Thanks Lorraine!

Had a lovely first experience getting my little boy his first proper shoes and wellies. They were lovely with him and had him laughing and smiling

Lovely lady named Sam, in Cwmbran, helped myself and my husband pick our twins first pair of shoes while at this store on the weekend.
Lovely relaxed time in the store, Sam was was kind and patient with the kids.

Warm and welcome, Sam was the sales assistant that dealt with us. Attended with twins who had never worn shoes before. Very friendly and professional and helped in every way we needed.

I was helped by Hazel to pick out a new pair of shoes for work ,she was very efficient and attentive throughout with a pleasant attitude which made the shopping process quite enjoyable .

Lorraine served us today very helpful although she found it hard to find the right size for my daughter as she in-between sizes Lorraine remain carm very chatty and service with a smile thankyou for your service.

Kaitlin was very helpful in helping my 2 girls pick new school shoes and was very understanding when my youngest wanted the same as her older sister
