I popped into Clarks recently looking for a smart pair of Derby shoes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As an adult male with feet that can be a bit tricky to size, I really appreciated that Ash took the time to measure my feet properly rather than just guessing or pointing me to a shelf.

Huge thanks to Ash for the brilliant service. Highly recommend Clarks if you want proper fitting and great quality shoes.

Chantelle at the Derbion shop was great, my neurodiverse daughter can really struggle in the kids section with everything that is going on. Being able to book into the quiet room is amazing, along with the quiet space Chantelle gained my daughter's trust, took her time to explain and enabled us to walk out of the store with the shoes we needed but more importantly happy and relaxed by the experience.

Amaya was such a fantastic help with my five year old yesterday! She was engaging, patient and offered excellent advice!

Ash was brilliant today, nothing was too much trouble. He even measured my feet to make sure I had the perfect pair of boots. An absolute credit to Clarks.

I was helped by Lucy at Clarks Derby store she was very helpful with measuring my toddlers shoe size and helping us find the right shoes for her. Made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Sienna, Chloe and Lex showed amazing customer service and we actually ended up buying something as we only came to see how much the shoes were. But customer service goes a long way, that they informed us about the products and got us to buy a pair.

Brilliant service today from Josh at the Derby store in Intu. He was great with my daughter Sylvie who needed her feet measuring for her first pair of shoes. Really informative and helpful!

Tamia at the Derby store was super friendly, helpful and efficient today (which given I also had my three month old in tow was very appreciated). She helped suggest some styles and checked the fit and we were in and out in 20 minutes with our first pair of school shoes ready for September. Thank you, Tamia!

Chloe approached me in store, smiling and was so helpful and accommodating. Her manager, Kay, was equally as efficient and helpful in assisting me to make my purchase.
They were both very busy, but nothing was too much trouble.

Came in today at 30 weeks pregnant with my 2 year old who did not want to play ball. She needed her feet measuring but gets very overwhelmed trying new things in formal settings. Lucy at the Derby store served us and absolutely saved the day. She took the time to get to know my daughter and knew the perfect ways to get her to open up (asking her what shoes she liked, what her favourite colour was, showing her exactly how they measure feet and even grabbing toys for her to play with). This level of care and attention resulted in a sale from us, one very happy little girl and a very grateful mother. Lucy is a true asset to the team and company and I hope she is recognised for going above and beyond! It wouldn't of happened with out her.

We visited the Clarks Derby store yesterday to buy a new pair of toddler shoes. Gráinne was brilliant. She was very professional and friendly, putting my toddler at ease whilst she measured his feet. She took the time to advise us on the best shoe fits and genuinely cared about my son having the best shoes.

I was dreading having my little one’s feet measured as she is not one to sit still. Lucy was brilliant with her. So patient, calm and understanding. She was really thorough when measuring her feet and helping me to select some appropriate shoes. I left the store full of confidence that I had the perfect shoes and with a happy toddler who had really responded well to Lucy’s lovely nature. I can’t praise Lucy enough for how wonderful she is!
