Shopping for school shoes…
We were shopping for new school shoes for my daughter & looking at many styles for her. We were looked after very well & the assistant Louise looked after us extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble.

We went to get my son's shoe measurement for his first school shoes. We was greeted by a lovely lady called Helen, she measured my son's shoe size and brought us a few options. She was so helpful, really engaged with my son asking him questions about how it looked and felt which was a nice experience for him to feel like he was able to choose. My son's looking forward to wearing his new pair next week.

We were served by Helena for school shoes. From start to finish she was the loveliest lady who was just brilliant with my son who's 5. We struck up conversation and had a laugh while we were there. The whole team are always so lovely here, welcoming with a smile and always feel like they go the extra mile to help although.
