Had a nice experience in the Worthing store returning to make a purchase this time after some pleasant window shopping in previous months. Steph served me today. Clarks shoes are always good quality and I do purchase them when I can.

worst customer support experience i ever had, i am ignored for 2 days, my problem isnt being resolved and i didnt receive my delivery that is already late by 15 days.
There is no other way i can reach out to them other than stupid online chat where i wait 3 hrs till my queue and they close at me in under 1 minute if i dont respond after all the wait. They dont respond to my messages either and just close the chat after asking my name

Looking for Chelsea Boots, I defaulted to Clarks and found a great pair - Jaxen Easy. This was in Grafton Street store.

Aishita was really helpful, polite and professional as I tried different sizes, and allowed me time to be comfortable with the shoe I wanted. The customer obsession in this store is highly admirable.

They don’t know how to handle complaints in a consistent manner. Too many members of staff involved and no one staying consistent. Beyond frustrating. Thanks to Zinzan for their lovely help, but pretty difficult to get a decent outcome if responses don’t go directly back to them and the other staff members cant see the email chain clearly and go against what their own colleagues have agreed. They need to sort this out. I will be finding another place to buy shoes, which is a shame as the quality of the shoe is actually very decent.

Steph at the worthing store was very attentive to our needs, helping us and answering any questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We came away with feet measured and a new pair of shoes purchased :-)

Angel and Jenny k serve us today my wife and I. They were more than helpful, so professional and cheerful which made our shopping experience in Donegall Place, Belfast. A joyful and worthwhile time searching for shoes. Nothing was to much trouble for them and it was like they where reading our mind and showed the best suited shoe for our need.
Well done Clarkes for employing such nice people to enhance your store.

We purchased our son his first pair of shoes today and Sofia was so helpful.

Went to the Bedford Interchange store today to get my toddler's feet measured. We were served by Vaneesha who was extremely friendly and helpful, and very kind to my little one. Came away with 2 pairs of shoes and a very happy toddler.

Shoes are pretty but even when they fit they sometimes cause blisters behind my ankle.

Ellen at Grafton Street was so helpful! Thank you so much to her, would have never decided which shoes so quickly without her!

Visited the Carmathen store while on holiday. I purchased a pair of ladies boots after being served by Rachel. She was very helpful and measured my feet and was very knowledgeable about the various boots on offer. I wanted to know about wide or standard fit and if they were waterproof. Sarah put my payment through was very pleased with service.
