We went to Clarks Isle
Of Man just to get new shoes and not a new friend Charlotte, she helped measure and look for shoes and seen if we needed insoles or not . We had the best time ever looking for shoes because we learnt so many things we didn’t know and she was good company (Charlotte). We would love

Most wonderful experience today
Today we came in to Clark’s in Douglas (Isle of Man) and we experienced one of the best services ever. We were looked after by the Store Manager (I think her name was Amanda) and she was absolutely fabulous! We came in with our 4yo daughter looking for her first school shoes, as she is starting the ‘big school’ in September. Amanda was very knowledgeable, she gave us lots of advice what style to choose, measured our daughter feet (both to be exact!) and it turned out one feet is wider than another (which we never knew). She was very friendly and patient with our extremely exited 4yo. After measurements Amanda brought us few shoe styles to choose from and together, trying them on one by one - we decided on the best, most comfortable and stylish shoes. It was very pleasant visit and we left most impressed by her enthusiasm and attitude. A massive thank you for today Amanda! You have made our day today! Amelia + with Parents :)
