Brilliant Clark’s Shop

Visited the Clarks Store in Bideford Atlantic Shopping Outlet with my 3 young grandchildren plus daughter and husband. They all had their feet measured by Emma and we was able to buy them all a new pair of summer sandals. Always impressed by this store for the friendly, professional staff they have and even though my daughter and grandchildren live over an hour away we try to take them here to Clarks as they always come up trumps with their service and good value for money with their footwear. Thank you again Emma it was a pleasure and all 3 kids love their new sandals with no tears or tantrums. Well worth a visit, 5 star service!!!

It’s always an absolute pleasure to shop at Clarks Wolverhampton! Totally over the moon with the level of customer service I received today from Raj. I was after a pair of Wallabees that I’m wearing within a week but they weren’t available anywhere near me. Thankfully she’s managed to get me a pair delivered to the store, bearing in mind it’s a bank holiday weekend, within 5 days. Great staff and great service always delivered with a smile. Thank you.

I ordered shoes for my grandson in…

I ordered shoes for my grandson in store and the delivery time was showing 3-5 day delivered to store. After this time had elapsed, I contacted the customer service team. They advised a technical issue with the order. I asked to cancel, they advised they couldn’t. They delivered the shoes to the store two weeks after I ordered however this was too late. I had to request a refund again, this was then processed. The customer service was dreadful and they held on to my funds for over 3 weeks despite not fulfilling the order within the agreed timescale. I did complain and got a totally inadequate response /resolution. I’ve shopped in Clarks for many years for kids shoes, however will shops elsewhere in the future. Please be aware of orders in-store as this is the second issue I d experienced. I was lucky I had funds to buy another pair of shoes. Others may not be as fortunate

A fantastic store and fantastic team

I have been bringing my children here for the last six years and any parent will understand how challenging it can be taking a little one shoe shopping however every member of the team are so friendly, kind and helpful that it makes feet measuring and shoe shopping an absolute pleasure.. I refuse to go anywhere else !

Katie and Karl go way above and beyond their job description and definitely need recognition for this ! Lovely people !

Poor quality . Expected life span of slippers 3 months!!!!

Do not buy Mens' mule slippers. They are EXTREMELY poor quality. I bought a pair at Christmas and the lining wore through by February. They replaced them and the next pair have now worn through in exactly the same way but worse. According to Clarks' customer services this is "wear and tear". Of course there was a goodwill gesture of 15% off... but really 3 month life span for slippers!!!
Interesting that their own website doesn't have customer reviews. I can see why. I thought Clarks was a decent quality brand. Clearly I need to look elsewhere

Just to update. I pursued the escalation route Clarks suggested in their response , only to be re offered 15% off, so don't be fooled. They expect their slippers to only last 3 months. Buy from somewhere else.
