I really enjoyed the service! The shop assistant Jade was very nice and helpful! Thanks to her I got the best model and size of shoes. I would definitely recommend visiting the store!

I didn’t have a great experience. I expected the foot measurement process for my baby to be a more enjoyable and engaging moment, something a bit special, where the staff would be kind and warm towards my child. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. None of my questions were really answered; instead, I was abruptly told, “I’ll explain how we work,” and that was it.

I also don’t understand why you need to book a service for something that feels so impersonal.

On top of that, I was asked where I was from because of my accent, which I found a bit inappropriate and uncomfortable.

We called to the Henry Street store to get my daughter her first pair of shoes. From the moment we got there, the sales assistant Chris was absolutely wonderful. She made the fitting exactly how you would want to remember it.

Got a pair of boots yesterday in Grafton St. Garry was really helpful and nice. He put all the effort to help me. Also, he offered me some good products and advice how to maintain and keep suede in good condition. I highly recommend Clarks in Grafton St.

The manager was so rude went in for baby's first shoes today ruiend the whole experience with her attitude and the way her manner was will never ever be back shame on her

I went in to collect a pair of shoes on behalf of a friend. My friend had rang the previous day and asked if the shoes could be held for collection as there was no delivery option. I called into shop to collect the shoes today and thought the lady behind the counter was very abrupt and rude. I had questions on the shoes as they appeared to be a bit tatty looking and she more or less said that they were the last pair so take them or leave them. This conversation was being had whilst she was filling a bin full of rubbish and two others waiting to be served/looked after. As it was 6pm and the store doesn't close until 8pm, this is where she should be using her own common sense and initiative to know the customer and customers experience comes first, not taking out rubbish when you've another two hours of service left to do. If it had not been for my friend, I would have walked straight out of the shop. The shoes were also covered in handprints which I had mentioned but it appeared she did not hear me with the rattling of rubbish that she threw on the floor when I wanted to make payment. Some serious re-training is needed here. Clarks quality of shoe can never be faulted, but it's a shame about the service. I won't be back to this particular store.

Bought a pair of shoes today in the Henry St store. Was served by Jade who was extremely helpful and had a lovely manner. The shoes seem to be very comfortable and good quality, as I'd always expect from Clarks.

The shop was a little busy in the children section so we were waiting a little while to be seen. When we were seen, a lovely woman called Faye took my sons measurements and went and got lots of different choices for him. She was amazing with my son, 3 1/2.

Great shop. Very helpful staff member Patricia. She had go to the store room a few times till I got the right fitting pair.
