Feet measure without an appointment and school shoes were in stock! Great job Clarks! Making my life that little bit easier

Customer Service is awful! I was sold some wax for my expensive Clarks boots and it was the wrong type so damaged them, I contacted customer service by email and they took forever to reply, then they wanted photos of my boots which I sent, they then replied that because I didn't have a receipt for the boots (they were a gift) they couldn't help me? I replied that it was irrelevant if I had the receipt because I was complaining about being sold the wrong product and asked for my email to be sent to a manager, that was 2 weeks ago and they have not replied or acknowledged it. I have been a customer for 40 years and am shocked at treatment I have received.

Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make sure I could purchase the shoes I wanted.

I want to thank susanne for such an amazing service today! So helpful, I’m glad I came in when I did. Her professionalism is great and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.We left the store with the cutest shoes for my little one. She’s an absolute credit to Clark’s in Eastleigh.will be visiting again soon.

My daughter was measured wrong by a team member. Which was frustrating when ordering expensive school shoes, however, the aftercare was brilliant, when I went in and explained to another team member what had happened and I needed a shoe exchange, properly measured, extremely helpful.

Was in Clarks in Eastleigh on Saturday doing the dreaded school shoes, and have to say will not be returning, was horrified with the quality of staffing, not sure of his name but a man with long hair, was in my opinion very unprofessional, ignored us as we walked in, another young lady had to walk over and help, he then proceeded to stand with his foot on the serving desk polishing his shoes,

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Niki today. She was very professional and helpful when measuring my son’s feet and advising me on what was best for his first pair of shoes. Thank you

It's so important that a child's first pairs of shoes fit them properly and it's great that there are still high street shops where you can get professional fittings. Anna at the Eastleigh branch took her time with us, was brilliant with my 2 1/2 year old and 13 month old. She put them at ease and they had fun trying on the shoes and checking themselves out in the mirror.

Popped into the Eastleigh store today and was served by Niki who was extremely friendly and helpful. She measured our little grandson's feet and sorted him with a lovely pair of sandals.
