I was attended to by a very helpful and friendly lady.

Me and my husband went to Clarks at Farnborough to look for comfortable shoes as both of us walking a lot at work. Mel was so helpful by going many times in and out bringing the right size of different shoes we have chosen and she suggested the right choice of shoes for both of us. We are really satisfied with the choice and her service. We can’t find every day sales people like her. Mel - you are brilliant! Thank you!

Beverley made our going back to school shoes experience so lovely. She took time to ensure both my children’s shoes fitted perfectly and didn’t rush us at all to make a choice even at the busiest of times.
She was super and would recommend anyone to go to her.

On Saturday we visited Clark’s to purchase shoes for my grandsons. There was a very noisy demonstration outside which caused them to become very distressed as they both have special needs. The staff went above and beyond to help us taking us to the back of the shop in a quiet area where we were able to get them both fitted with shoes. And letting us leave via a different exit so we didn’t have to walk past the demonstration.We can’t thank you enough for making a difficult situation better. 10/10 you’re all fantastic and a credit to Clark’s 🙂

Melanie at Farnborough was fantastic.

We went in today to get my daughter's shoes and despite my daughter not talking much she was so patient with her. I now have one very happy child ready for school next week and she has a funky pair of shoes.

I took both of my daughters to the Farnborough branch to be measured and to get new school shoes. The ladies in there are just fab! Karen who was on the door when we arrived was so friendly (and absolutely did not deserve to be spoken to the way she was by the woman in front of us!) - despite that she greeted us with a warm smile and booked us in for our Pre-booked appointment. Mel was brilliant with my daughters from the measuring to the fitting and helping them choose the best shoes for their (skinny!) feet! And the manager is always so approachable and helpful every time we have been in. I did feed all of this back to her when I left and told her how we won’t go to any other Clarks branch as they are just so brilliant in Farnborough! Thank you all!

Miranda at Farnborough was absolutely wonderful with my boys for their shoe fitting. Very informative with a wealth of knowledge. Such a friendly, super helpful fitter!!

Amazing patience for our 5 year old’s shoe fitting. We walked away with a pair of school shoes and trainers. Rosa, the shoe fitter for helped us has the patience of a saint. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at the Clarks store in Farnborough. We were served by Beverley and she couldn't have been more helpul. My daughter needed shoes for her orthotics and Beverley had such good knowledge about what would be the most suitable for my little one. I was so impressed that I'm leaving this review as soon as I've walked out of the store!
