Sasa from Fosse Park branch was absolutely lovely with our 1 year olds who were throwing the biggest tantrum that day. She was absolutely patient and trying to distract them while she tries to measure their feet. Hope to see more of her when we come back to have our toddlers’ feet measured!

Jas was very patient with my 2 children and their extra needs . She was able to find shoes for both of them that they were eventually comfortable in . Great job ! Thank you !

I visited the leicester fosse park branch today for my daughters first shoes. Talisha was very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a nice experience.

Went in felt no pressure, had a lovely assistant called Jas who looked after me at fosse park :)

I was helped by Becky today with my son who needed an odd sized pair of shoes to go over his leg brace. They were busy but she was very pleasant and helpful in finding exactly what I needed.

The store also took my son's old shoes for recycling. This Clarks store is always a positive experience for me, while they aren't the cheapest store their customer service is excellent.

Talisha served us at fosse park and was very kind and gave good advice on the shoes we wanted for our little brother. She was also very friendly to talk to.

I went into the Fosse park branch in Leicester, I knew what I wanted so went to the kids and started to look. Within a minute Maddox who was helping someone finished and came straight over said you look like a man who knows what he wants but do you need any help. Yeah can do im looking for the plimsolls things. She instantly got on the tablet and said ahh yes the hoppers. Yeah thats right I forgot the name I found them on google but she knew exactly which was good. Then she found em needed it in a size 3 she helped out and said let me see if I can go and get my hand on them and said she'd be right back. I went to the mens to just have a look whilst I wait and I didnt even make it there. She was back already here they are. Are these the ones ? And they were i made a joke about how fast she was but its true. All this left me wondering if Clarks employees are on commission because I started to notice every single customer getting help instantly and great service. But yeah hats off to Maddox thanks for your help.

Maddox in your fosse park store was great - she went over and above to help us - especially good with our 20 month old grandson who’s feet she measured - she was so kind helpful and friendly and make us feel very much at ease ..
Will definitely shop at Clark’s fosse park in future when you have such lovely staff
