We went in to buy my son’s first pair of shoes. We were helped by Jas and she made it such an easy, pleasant experience from start to finish! We were able to start our appointment early so we got our sons feet measured, tried on a couple of pairs of shoes and paid for the ones we wanted before the our scheduled appointment had even started! Lovely service - thank you!

Visited Clarks store at Fosse Park, Leicester. Served by Maddox, who was very helpful. Discussed our requirements & offered various options, without being too pushy, and made us feel at ease. Discussed current offers, and we ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, instead of one ! Would certainly use this store again when next in the area. Many thanks.

Talisha in the Fosse Park Leicester store was very attentive from the moment we walked in. She explained a lot about toddler shoe sizes that my husband and I were not aware of - answered all our questions with patience and grace.
She also made suggestions and was very willing to bring out different sizes from the stock room for our toddler to try on.

Maddox at Fosse Park was very helpful and great with our kids. We have had some very disappointing experiences with Clarks recently and this one was much more positive so thank you Maddox.

Took my 2 boys to get their feet measured, we were seen straightaway and Maddox was very patient and helpful with our autistic son who wasn’t that cooperative

I had a small issue with one of the pairs of shoes i purchased for my granddaughters, the sales assistant Rhianna from the Fosse park Leicester branch was excellent in checking my granddaughters size of shoe purchased and then proceeded to provide another pair of shoes that were checked for width and explained to my granddaughter what she was doing, an excellent member of the Clarks team!

Kerry was very helpful, helped to measure my daughter's feet quickly and calmly. My daughter is and was very shy but she was more than happy to allow Kerry to measure her feet given how friendly she was and then had plenty of time and space to choose some shoes (handily for me picking some that were in the 2 for £30 offer!)

So happy with my purchase and the service I received today. Talisha, who has great energy, helped me pick out some trainers as a multi purpose staple for my capsule wardrobe. Service wasn’t remotely pushy, but attentive which is often lacking when trying to find sizes at many stores.
