Pretty simple pick up fuss free and was informed when they would arrive.

I ordered a pair of shoes online for in-store collection. When I went to collect them, the staff member brought the shoes in just the cardboard box and told me I would need to pay extra if I wanted a bag. This felt unfair because if the same order had been delivered to my home, it would have come packaged properly without any additional charge.

At the same time, I coincidentally had another online order from JD Sports that I was collecting in the same way. That order came properly packaged, including a bag that could even be reused if I wanted to return the item. When I mentioned this to the staff member, she still insisted that I must pay for a bag.

The way the staff member spoke was rude and dismissive. It may seem like a small detail, but customer service and basic courtesy make a big difference. This experience has put me off visiting that store again, and I am unlikely even to order from Clarks online in the future.

The staff in the Glasgow shop are lovely and friendly.
Very nice store, I picked up an order and ended up buying another pair in the sale… which had a surprisingly extra 10 per cent off.

I had a great experience shopping at Clarks. Chloe was really helpful and attentive, helping me find the best shoes for a special occasion.

My shoes were fine, however my grievance is tha lack of wide fitting shoes in your shops. I am pu off shopping for shoes because I know I probably won't find my size, this means i need to order a pair always ask for them to be delivered to shop, pay for them then wait, if they dont fit,I get a refund and start all over again choosing another and wait. It's so frustrating

Nieve, at the Argyle Street store was excellent!
I was having a dilemma about my order, which would arrive a size too large but thankfully she was able to step in and save the day.
Her help went above and beyond and I can only recommend highly.

Nice shoes just didn't fit my kids.

Was absolutely blown away by Morven's service in the Argyle Street store today.

Our little boy was in desperate need of some new trainers, and on a whim, we took him in store to be measured and fitted.

Morven met us upstairs and was instantly attentive, quickly measuring up our sons feet and asking us what style of trainer he needed.

She brought us three different styles for him to try and he picked a pair to his liking very quickly.

My son is currently in the process of being assessed for ADH, and was very excitable in store, running around and becoming very hyperactive.

I have, in past, been in different shops (NOT CLARKS!), where I have been "mum shamed" for my sons behaviour. I have been left in tears because of people's comments.

I have never felt more comfortable and accepted in a store than when Morven was serving us. She was kind, compassionate, and a true credit to the Clarks brand. It went beyond good customer service and was solely an indication of the lovely person she is.

I have shopped in the Argyle Street store many times, but I will continue to come back because of this experience alone.

Thank you for being patient with my little boy, and for making this mum feel like she isn't the problem.

Recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased but when returning to the shop Toni and Katelynn were very helpful and patient with us. Managed to resolved the problem and had the shoes replaced. I have purchased Clark’s shoes for over 40 years and happy to have had the first issue I’ve had with a pair resolved. Thank you again for your help.

I went into the store with a very specific style in mind for starting my new job and Holly was fantastic in helping me find that style. I tried on 4 different pairs in a few different sizes and Holly was able to advise what would help the shoe fit better. Erin who also worked in store was lovely and chatted to me whilst I waited on Holly getting some sizes. All in all these two girls made my day. Keep being you, girls ❤️.
