Poor service and choice
Visited clarkes store in gravesend today with my grandson for new school shoes when we were served and his feet were measured I was shocked to see only 2 different styles to chose from but worst of all the young lady who served us didn’t even come back to us to check they fitted his feet correctly. I have never had that in clarkes before and probably won’t go back there

Our stores can only hold stock of a single pair of each size, fit and colour in any style at one time. Unfortunately, the particular size or colour may have sold out earlier in the day.
