I attended Clarks, Gretna outlet, today and was served by Tracey (Store Manager). The experience was seamless, warm, and productive. I am starting a new job soon and need some new shoes. I have always found shoe shopping difficult, but Tracey made it as smooth as can be. She offered to get additional options from the storeroom and was able to suggest alternative items to suit my needs. She also ordered some items from other outlet stores, which will be delivered to my house. Overall, a positive experience which reminds you why it can be so good to shop in person.

I went to the Clarks outlet store at Gretna to exchange my sons shoes. We were served by the manager (im sorry she did tell me her name) who was absolutely brilliant, very helpful, friendly and great with my son. We have been there many times and often been served by her and she is always fab so thank you.

The assistant was so helpful.. I finally got the shoes I wanted after problems with my online order. The shoes are just what I wanted. Very good quality and price

In August we purchased our little one’s first pair of school shoes, we had great service that day but on Tuesday when she came out of school they had broke! We popped back to Gretna where Tracey was a superstar, she kindly exchanged the shoes for a brand new pair and her service was incredible. Really thought I’d have to pay again but she saved us the hassle. Nothing was to much for her and is a huge credit to the company. Massive thanks again.

Very expensive but usually you know you're getting good quality shoes. However I'm disappointed that the last 2 pairs I've bought for my youngest daughter have literally fallen apart within a month or two. The sole fell away randomly in the same place in both pairs so hopefully a limited manufacturing fault. That being said, I did order a nice pair of shoes for myself from the online store that I'm very happy with.

Customer service is amazing - my other daughter is disabled and was having a meltdown when I last took them in. The staff there were really lovely and took us through to a quiet room for her to try on her shoes and she was able to calm down. They were really kind and patient with her throughout.

Absolutely fantastic work by Tracy. She was engaging, polite and brilliant with both of my boys. She went above and beyond to make sure both boys left with shoes they liked and were comfortable on their feet. And even helped me by returning some shoes! Excellent customer service.
Would highly recommend a visit to this store.

Lady from Birmingham was very friendly and helpful and did not rush us even though due to close. I'd bought loafers on line wide fitting but too big so bought same shoe standard fit reduced from £70 to £28 then another 20% absolutely fantastic bargain but most of all fab customer service ❤️

Always love the shoes ,boots and trainers bought for my grandchildren.Since they started walking Clarks are the only shoes that they wear.Confident that they are wearing the corrrect size and width.Their comfort is important in their younger years
The youngest just loves when her" shoosh" arrive ,the colours so vibrant.
Look forward to the winter stock..

we took our 2yr old grand daughter into the calledonia park gretna store for new shoes she has non verbal autism and can be violent with strangers this lady came forward measured her feet in a calm kind way made the whole experience easy 10 out of 10 is an understatement we will be back for sure

Having gone to the Gretna outlet to return a pair of shoes that were faulty and under guarantee, the ‘new manageress’ was not very helpful and didn’t seem to know her 3 month guarantee from her 6 month faulty guarantee.
Unwilling to help any further she sent me to Raz on customer services who sorted the problem quick and efficiently.
We do love clarks shoes, just had a disappointing experience here for the first time.
Just beware on the fittings - ask to get them double checked by someone with a bit more experience if you’re unsure.
