I had to return my boots

I had to return my boots . I gave my e mail receipt which confirmed my order and shop pick-up. One assistant said she had not seen this type of receipt before, and that it had to be checked with management as my goods could have been from an outlet. Please train your staff to be less dogmatic - I was left feeling hurt and accused.

Ordered new shoes to collect at store…

Ordered new shoes to collect at store no email or phone call to say they had arrived.
When I did go to pick them up they we not brand new as the shoes did not have the usual padding inside that you get with new shoes and the heel of one was scuffed.
Seems like everyone in the world had been trying them on instead of being put to one side for me to collect.

Finding men’s shoes in Haywards Heath…

Finding men’s shoes in Haywards Heath is usually tricky so it was great to leave the Clarks store here with 2 pairs
My husband wasn’t sure he’d find anything so entered the shop with that thought
We glanced at a pair on the shelf and 1 of the shop assistants (Suzanne) let us know about some shoes in the sale
She proceeded to given us really superb service going above & beyond todays expectations
Due to her professional care & service hubby has new shoes & summer shoes too
Staff really do help with sales so thank you to Suzanne C for giving first class service

Prices wrongly advertised

Visited the Haywards Heath store today (3rd June) and saw the ‘sale’ racks out on the floor.
All the shoes on it had red was/now stickers on them.
However the member of staff said the sale doesn’t start till Friday 7th June. If I wanted to purchase one of the shoes on the sale rack I would have to pay full price or come back Friday for the reduced price.
Awful service and breaking trading standards law. You can’t advertise a price on rack fulls of product and not honour the price at the till.
Numerous customers browsing and all being told the same thing.
