My 7 yr old son was complaining about his feet hurting, so we went into Hereford store and Holly was extremely helpful, kind and patient as our son struggles with new things. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Dee (Hereford store) was amazing with my two little ones. A first shoe set for one and a measure and check for the other, and managed to find some suitable in the sales! Which is great as with 2 small ones it can be an expensive experience!!

Once again Dee is in my son's words 'amazing' 'lovely'. Dee takes time and has lots of patience to help my son feel calm and comfortable to get the right pair of school shoes. She's an asset to the store

Great service from the manager, Dee, at the Hereford branch. Popped in on a whim and found two pairs of kids boots on the sale rack. Dee organised a home delivery after we couldn’t quite find the right size and was helpful throughout the process offering advice and alternatives... including for myself… but those will have to wait till next month!

The least stressed I have ever been shoe shopping for kids school shoes. Dee was welcoming and friendly, extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We weren't rushed at all and Dee spoke to my son rather than just to me which he loved.

Dee was so helpful when we came to get our daughters first shoes, nothing was to much effort and she really took her time to find the right style and size that were comfortable for her. Thank you so much!

I went into the Hereford store and got served by Dee, she was very helpful with sorting my daughter out with some new school shoes and advised that her current trainers were ok and to come back again to get them checked. It was very nice to see that she was honest and didn’t just want to get me to buy another pair of shoes for the sake of it.

Visited Clarks in Hereford late Saturday afternoon when you would expect staff to be tired after a busy day. The service I received was exceptional. Dee was so helpful and I came away a very satified customer just before closing time.

I came into the Hereford branch this morning to exchange a pair of school shoes that unfortunately were faulty after 6 weeks. A lady called Dee was very helpful and supportive and helped my daughter choose a replacement pair with no problems at all. Very pleased with the service we received today. Thank you.
